I wanted to support a local business so I brought my suits to sew chic to be tailored. It was a bit pricey, but I was satisfied with the job they did. Within a few months, one of he seems on my jacket came undone. I had worn the suit no more than 5 times… they would not fix the suit without charging me. No one seemed to care about my frustration and no one apologized for the Poor tailor job. I will not be back and would recommend you think twice before walking through their door, unfortunately!

They altered two dresses from floor-​length to cocktail length and did so beautifully. Additionally they made alterations to the waist and hip seams. I now have 2 dresses that I can wear for years to come. Will continue to use them in the future.

Had to come to San Antonio before I could finish my husband’s suit alterations which was a big problem. Was going to try to finish hand sewing in the hotel room but I hated to do that so I found this place right down the street from our hotel.
Called them up, asked if they could hem the pants and shorten the jacket sleeves by 4pm. They said they could and they did! They also did some button fixing and pressed the whole thing.
The suit looked awesome and I am eternally grateful for the fast, expert service. If these guys were closer to the DFW area I would be a massive return customer.

You get what you pay for in my opinion and they do a super job. I’ve had everything from challenging alterations to simple hems and the work is always top notch. The staff is friendly and remembers me each time I’m in. I won’t go anywhere else now.

Alamo Heights, TX
The location isn’t convenient to get to, as its located on the access road with one entrance. In addition it was extremely pricey. I work in the Alamo Heights area and will go there for my alterations in the future. It’s pretty sad that Alamo Heights is much cheaper for quality work. I was trying to use a place much closer to where I live; however, I now regret my decision.

Was just quoted $ 140 to alter my $ 50 flight attendant uniform. Previously had it altered in San Antonio for $ 40 so thanks but no thanks for the additional $ 100. Wow. Still can’t believe their prices. Of course I will not be back!
