PLEASE DON’T GO THERE! SMALL JEWELRY STORE FROM HELL! I like to support small owned businesses but this experience was the worst! This is a shady place. Used sterling silver by the looks– don’t expect anything high end. I wasted $ 600 here for a $ 150 gold necklace (which I know it’s worth). It took 2 months for anything to come in and I was fed up at that point after 5 times of going in and asking what was going on with my necklace?! EJ doesn’t know how to add and Robert (supposed mgr-​but don’t ask him to put that in writing) after my 5^th time of going in and no inventory for me I told Robert I felt I wouldn’t be spoken to or treated this way if I was a man. He then said, «If you were a man, you wouldn’t be standing right now.» This coming from a 70 yr old man to a 120lb woman in her 30s. Go get your watch battery replaced for $ 10 at Walmart instead.

This was my very first time I came into Alonso’s shop and I have to say that I was very happy and impressed with customer service and battery replacement. I came here to get a new battery in my watch. I’ve never been to this location and my father knew about this place. On the sign it said $ 10 battery replacement. First tip you need to know is that you can’t just open the door and walk on in, you have to ring the doorbell. I was okay with this because it made me as a customer feel safe. Once you hear a ring that’s the sign your allowed to enter in. I met the owner and he gladly replaced my battery for $ 10 with taxes of course. And it only took about 8 – 10 minutes. This Jen is located inside the shopping center next to IBC Bank. It’s a little hidden but there is a sign out there that you’ll be able to see. This is my newfound place for battery replacement!
