The work they did on my car repairs was good and they kept me apprised of everything happening during the repair process. The only drawback was the time frame on the repairs but I understand that ordering and getting parts can take time.

There are not enough words to explain my horrible experience at this place. From the secretary to the body shop are all completely incompetent and rude. If you do not mind erroneous charges and waiting a month and a half to get your vehicle back, then this is the place for you. Then of course I end up taking it back to shop because the work performed did not even approach the poor mark. They threw everything together at the last moment and it showed. I had a mirror that they failed to attach, a leak from a brand new radiator, crap paint job and the list goes on.
Don’t be fooled by Toyota in the name. These people can not be trusted to assemble a child’s wagon.
