Horrible service. I purchased this as a birthday present for my sister IN FEBRUARY. It’s August and she still has yet to be able to redeem it. She doesn’t answer phone calls nor does she return them instead she prefers to «text» her clients. Really professional huh? She’s cancelled twice and on the third her auto appointment setter never notified her of the appointment. Had I been given the option this place would have received ZERO stars.

Tried this place because of a Living Social deal that I got. I would not recommend it. I completely agree with the review from Shawn. I did not feel any different after the massage. The pressure was so light all throughout. About 3 – 5 mins into the massage (and this was at 10:00 AM), I asked if she can go deeper, and she said that’s the deepest she can go! Seriously?! It was so light it’s like she’s just running her hands through my skin! I or any other non-​professional person who had tried to massage my upper back or neck could go firmer than she did! Also, she was unwelcoming and not very friendly. No greetings. No reminders/​recommendations after the massage. It was obvious that she just wanted me in and out of there. It also was not a full hour like it was supposed to be (I’d say it was about 45mins). She had another client right on the hour after my scheduled hour. Space your clients at least 15mins apart to allow for paperwork and payment and a full hour of massage! I have used Groupon and Living Social for massages before and have never been to one like her. I don’t know if she’s new or what, but she definitely needs to work on her technique and personality.

Eileen did not show up, nor return phone calls. Her auto appt line confirmed our appt. Her business is in Kay’s salon. We left & are requesting a refund.

I haven been going to Eileen for years for massage and my skin care. I would never go anywhere else, she is as good as it gets and I know because before i started seeing Eileen I shopped around. Her new studio is so beautiful and I really love how personal the whole experience is. Not too mention I leave feeling renewed and beautiful!
