Tried this salon for the first time to get my eyebrows done while my dogs were getting groomed next door at Pet Bath & Beyond. Ever since then, I’ve kept going back. I used to live down the road on Lockhill-Selma, but even though now I live in Alamo Heights, I’ll come back to Infinity to get my nails or brows done. There’s always a surplus of techs ready to get you seated and going. Longest I’ve ever waited was 10 min. When you walk in, you’re immediately asked if you’d like something to drink. The couple that owns the salon is incredibly sweet and humble. My usual girls, Van and Nicki, are amazing at what they do. Definitely give Infinity Nails a try! They have weekly specials and a loyalty card too!

They used to do a good job here. Now an appointment means nothing and they pass you around during your treatments like a football. Not going back.

Reluctantly gave this salon a second chance today and am wishing I didn’t. I now understand why it’s so easy to get a last-minute appointment! The gentleman who started my pedicure was more interested in customers coming and going, turning his head to look around and to listen to conversations. He did a fine job cutting my toenails… until he got to my left pinky toe, which is cut at an angle. Shortly after the cut job, Helen took over. Nice enough woman. However, she immediately got on her phone. Could she not make the call before coming over and getting acquainted with my cuticles with that sharp trimmer? In her defense, she did apologize for making the call. And then she said she’d just come from church. And then asked if I was Catholic. Excuse me? Wow. As the pedicure progressed, I found Helen’s foot spa-side manner to be rough and gruff, pulling my feet out of the water with more force than necessary. She also used her fingernail to remove excess polish instead of using a paintbrush like everyone else does, digging her fingernail into my toenail like she was digging for gold. The biggest offense, in my opinion, was the blowing. I can’t stand it when nail techs use their breath to dry my nails. It’s unhygienic, disgusting, and unnecessary. Completely unnecessary. She put my flip-flops on after she painted my toenails, so it’s no surprise she messed up a nail and had to re-do it. Thank goodness I wasn’t in a rush. I’ve been to this salon once before and remember it being a less-than-satisfactory experience. I was in a time crunch today and knew Infinity was open on Sundays, so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Sorry Unilocalers, but today’s visit was worse than the first one a few months ago. I won’t be back.

I came here and did not have to wait long at all before they started my pedicure. Nina did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. I got a Citrus pedicure and then I did my full set with Larry. Both of them took their time! I was offered water and felt super comfortable the whole time. The nail salon was super clean and perfectly serene. Not a lot of loud talking. This is the only salon I will be visiting in San Antonio!

I went in as a last minute to get fills done. They were nice and greeted me, the place was very clean. The two men there were funny so it wasn’t a boring experience. I hate sitting there and its dead silence between you and your nail technican. I will definitely will be returning…

I’ve been going here since she opened and have loved the service every time since. Kelly is one of the sweetest nail artists I’ve ever met. She always takes care if me and if there is something not to my liking she is quick to fix it or telling someone to fix it. She is very meticulous with her work and always has you check while she is working and is always making conversation with you. Her husband is also very particular when doing your nails and spends time doing them. Danny is very good with keeping your acrylics looking very natural regardless of the color or style you have chosen. The only lady I would steer away from is the elderly woman because there is a definite language barrier. Their pedicures are amazing too. They offer such a large variety of pedicures it’s always tough to choose! I will continue to see Kelly and get my nails done here!

Ok, I changed my mind about Infinity. They have hired more people and the service is much more swift now. They use sterilized tools, and have pedicures with callous removal, wax softener, and sugar scrub. I sliced my nail in the kitchen and thought it was just going to look ugly for a few weeks. The tech here fixed it to look like you couldn’t even tell anything happened. The TV’s are now tuned to normal talk shows and the news. No more westerns. The wall of nail polishes is second to none compared to other shops. They have every. single. color. every. single. brand. I have not seen any other place with this many colors and this many brands.

Kelly is terrific. She has a light hand when doing my acrylic nails and my eyelashes. She’s SO terribly sweet and makes a point to speak English with all of her customers and staff/family… She enjoys making little nail art and she’s quite good at it. Every $ 200 you spend, you get $ 10 off. it’s a nice little incentive program. Very smart. I highly recommend that you give her a shot for your next nail experience.

Total failure! I came in for a gel manicure and they ran out of foil she had my soak my hands in acetone for more than 30 minutes as she sat their and scrape my nails. i began to think if I was gonna have anything left for her to paint ! I kept thinking about my poor cuticle and how dry my hands were going to be after this. When she got to trimming my cuticles she was taking off chunks which really hurt and I had to ask her to stop. When she panted the white tips on one finger had some particles on it so I asked her to remove it knowing me I would pick it. She didn’t want to but finally did it. She put on such a thick layer the gel curled and she had to redo it. She never painted the whole nail so it’s all chippy in the front. The top coat on the other than she painted everywhere and never cleaned it off. My top coat is already chipping off everywhere worse job ever ! I’m not sure if she even has a license … She was the Tailor there. I should’ve known since I was the only customer.

It’s great to have a nice, clean nail place right around the corner. The staff are always friendly and do a great job. Equipment is new, as well. Lately they’ve been busy so I made an appt for my last visit. Really like how clean this place is – won’t be going anywhere else.

My first visit was a wreck. The technician gave me an «ok» pedicure, but proceeded to give me a massage with lotion when I had asked for her to skip it due to the fact I had applied self tanner earlier in the day. There was a language barrier, which I get, but SHE should have gotten the point that ‘no lotion’ means no Throw in some inefficient use of time, long hair getting in the way of polish, tripping over her shoes and a few other gaffs and you get the point. The atmosphere was nice and the selection of polish was vast. The TVs had closed captioning and were tuned in to the trashtastic Dr. Phil. All a good score by me. So as I check out, the manager asks about my experience. I decide to focus on the most obvious, my horrible shellac removal on my nails(natural buff mani). She shook her head in agreement and I told her I did not have the time to have it fixed. The manager insisted I return and that she would do the mani correctly. I did return a week and a day later, with an appointment. The manager did a GREAT job on my nails. And man, they had become more of a wreck over the week. They have a nice deal, you get a customer card and after spending $ 200 you get $ 10 off. They also have a nice«menu» of services that include waxing, provide cold drinks and wine and have a ton of new magazines. My second visit made up for the first visit, and I plan to go back for a third.
