I buy hardware here for rock climbing walls cause they’re the only place I can find in San Antonio that carries what I need in the size I need it in. I def recommend this place.

I needed a simple metric bolt and they didn’t have it. A bolt supply company that ident sell metric bolts. I was pretty disappointed but even more so when the lady that was helping me wasn’t at all friendly. I felt like I was bothering her. I asked a simple question about the pitch of the bolt and she gave attitude about the bolt being metric. I know it’s metric. Jeez. I was insistent about her helping me figure out how fine the pitch was and she finally got huffy and checked for me with a little metal tool. Customer service people. Come on now.

Been dealing with ACE bolt for decades and never had a bad experience. I went in today and selected an item off the shelf, only to be told that it was already«sold». Why then was is still on the shelf? I understand that it was an oversight, but it could have been handled better. I’ll be going to Fiesta in the future.

Ace Bolt has been around forever and there’s a reason for that, well multiple reasons. Selection/stock, customer service and prices. Whether you need one bolt or washer or what have you, you can buy one or a 1000 plus. Skip Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart if you need hardware… you won’t ever go to those stores again once you hit up Ace Bolt. Case in point, I got 50 fender washers for $ 1.25 as opposed to something like .20 a piece at HD, and you usually can’t buy in bulk at those stores. Yeah, I know…*exciting!*
