Food is always great and the servers are very friendly. The wait can be a bit long, but it’s definitely worth it. The gringo dip is amazing, and the burgers are cooked perfectly.

Servings are huuuuuuuge! And their tortilla and steak soup is so good. Also their Maui jims salad is super fresh and has every topping you can dream up. Wait was a little long, about 35 minutes, however we did go at 8pm on Saturday so kinda expected

We were visiting from Houston and staying at a nearby Hotel so we decided to try. It was a Tuesday night and there was a good size crowd, so I thought that was a good sign the place may be good. We all liked the décor, and the waitress we had was very good. What I was so impressed by was the presentation of the food. My wife had a «summer salad» and I really thought I looked great the way the pecans and apples toppings were chopped to the perfect size. We ordered the «Gringo Queso» and Chips. It was Excellent. My kids had fettuccine alfredo and cheesburger sliders. The kids commented that they really liked the food as well. So overall the quality of the food was very high and the service was very good. The manager did stop by to ask how everything was. I always think that is a nice touch for a manager to do.

Tasteful meal! I loved the express order to go because they come out to your car. This is my family’s new Friday spot!

All around Wait time is ridiculously long. I called in my order ahead of time and still waited 30mins for my food. Food was cold and drinks were watered down from sitting there that long. There to go bag advertise, Express to go –hot –fast-​easy. None of which they delivered.

Nice business nice staff, patio awesome. GEEZ. love it. Sports, programs. And the food excellent. Plus plenty of parking. And walking distance to lodging. Thumbs up.

After visiting the Pat Booker location and having such a good experience it was somewhat depressing to sit at the bar only to discover no craft beer. Bummer. Maybe you could at least get some in bottles? Finally left after 30 minutes waiting for a burger. Plump little bartender was too busy on her phone and talking with one guy to take care of business.

Great food, great waitress and overall great dining experience. Menu has a good variety to choose from. Everything we ordered was good in both presentation and taste. Great job 54^st, we’ll see you again.

Love this place! Food, service, pricing, and staff are awesome. Hard to beat this place in my book.

Bottom Line: Large selection of ok bar like food served in a super casual atmosphere.
I stayed at a hotel around the corner so I landed at this restaurant for convenience. The interior was very decorated with interesting objects like old pedal cars and stop lights and immediately reminded me of the semi-​cheesy atmosphere of places like TGI Fridays, Chillis and Ruby Tuesday.
The menu selection is large and diverse so it satisfied all appetites in my party from appetizers to entrée salads to steaks. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food but it was good enough to satisfy our hunger. One thing I like about the menus is that with many selections you can specify if you want something grilled or fried (e.g. stuffed mushroom appetizer and buffalo chicken salad).
The seating was comfortable and service was friendly. The timing of food and drinks were a tad off but good enough for a bar and grill.
Overall, I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here again but would certainly visit again if it was convenient.

I had the Blackened Chicken Ceasar Salad for a luncheon. I was impressed at how well the staff handled a large group (20+) with ease. The flavored lemonade just a lil bit too much syrup but overall not a bad quick lunch

Great service and friendly. Food was good and beer was cold with the temperature displayed and moving between 29 and 31 degrees!
I’m hoping to return tonight.

Decided to take the wife out to dinner. We were seated promptly… And that’s all they did correctly. We sat for about 8 – 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. No wait staff stopped by our table and so much as asked if we had been helped, or gotten us drinks. We watched 2 couples that entered AFTER us get served first. We continued to wait until 3 wait staff passed our table with not so much as a word. TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND, NEVER WILL RETURN.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars, but I had to select a star so one star it is. Horrible and disrespectful service. The manager was condescending and rude. The restaurant didn’t take any responsibility for their mistake. I would never recommend anyone to this restaurant.

A came here with a group of people and we all sat at high tables in the bar. The service was absolutely horrible! There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, yet our waitress still took 15 minutes before greeting our table and asking if we wanted drinks. That’s unacceptable, especially during a weekday lunch hour.
When our food finally came, 30 minutes after we placed our orders, I saw how unappealing my plate was and I knew I wouldn’t enjoy it. I ordered the Half Grilled Chicken Salad from the lunch menu, and yet she brought me a whole. The salad was boring and didn’t have any type of flavor that made me want to eat it.
It took so long for our bill to come, and my table only had 4 people at it.
I’m not sure what the problem is with the food and service here, but it’s not worth coming back to.

High quality with a broad menu that will satisfy any group of mixed tastes, large or small. Love this place. It’s a very well run machine.

Meh. A menu that large you can’t expect fresh food or the chef to be good at everything. I suspect it’s all frozen. Regardless, I went for a coworkers going away lunch party and got the turkey sandwich. It was actually pretty decent. But it was a sandwich, let’s be real. My table got two different soups and said one tasted like melted American cheese the other, tortilla, not great. Someone else I was with got salmon and said it tasted very salty. Salty fish just screams not fresh!
Nothing too special. I wouldn’t choose to go again on my own.

I went for lunch with a medium-​sized group from work. Most people had one of the soup & sandwich or soup & salad combos, and they seemed pretty happy with their choices. I had the bacon cheeseburger, which was a disappointing choice. The bacon was nice, but the patty was a defrosted puck that I did not enjoy at all. I will say the French fries were excellent, seasoned as they were with a paprika pommes frites mix.
The service was very good: friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. And the atmosphere was pleasant enough, even if the décor of this chain is way over the top in the faux-​nostalgia arena. These peripherals enable me to elevate my overall rating of this restaurant to a soft three. But I probably wouldn’t go back.

Came here for my friend’s birthday. Place was packed but we got a table within 5 minutes. Our server was Natalie, and she was very friendly and efficient.
Menu had a variety of items. We ordered the strawberry lemonade and house Margarita which was very tasty. We started off with the spinach and artichoke dip with chips and it was just okay.
My friend ordered the steak with baked potato and I ordered the caesar salad with tortilla soup. All were very flavorful.
Since it was his birthday, they gave us a chocolate cake with ice cream and we took it to go.
Not a bad place if you are looking for something quick to eat.

I ordered two kids meals for my daughters and a lunch special for myself. The girls had penne pasta and alfredo with steamed broccoli and the other ordered buttered penne pasta and grilled chicken with carrots and ranch. The one that ordered the butter penne with chicken did not seem to like her food and asked why it did not have any flavoring to it so we added salt to make it more enjoyable.
I ordered from the lunch menu, the menu says no substitutions on any of the meals but my waiter was super nice and allowed me to sub mac and cheese for fries with my chicken tenders. The mac and cheese was terrible. It was rotini and penne noodles slathered in butter with parmesan and breadcumbs sprinkled on top. The dish had no taste at all and I added salt to make it more flavorful.
Overall my experience was pleasant because of the staff. I would go back again and just try different menu items.
