We should’ve known when walking in and nobody was in the restaurant BUT thought because there was a cookout at the hotel, guests were there; we were wrong. I ordered the steak and potatoes — steak was overdone so I returned it; it was still overdone the 2nd time but better. I now have heartburn. My husband ordered fried chicken — there was more fried than chicken and the creamed corn was canned. For a Hyatt restaurant it was a DISAPPOINTMENT and now I have heartburn. I do not recommend this place; pay more money and go to the restaurant at the Hill Country Resorts,

We enjoy eating here when we stay at the Hyatt. Nothing really mind blowing but we all enjoyed our meals and the service is always good.

We had a great dining experience at JB’s this evening. The Airline Chicken, baked and seasoned to perfection, is fabulous! I cannot recommend it highly enough! The accompanying caramelized brussels sprouts and cornbread were wonderful. Even my husband, who normally doesn’t like brussels sprouts, really enjoyed his. His sirloin steak was also wonderful. It came with a tasty tomato chimichurra, the brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes. We will definitely eat here again during our stay. Staff was very friendly, with great customer service.
