I was skeptical of the service because of how great their price was but he was so courteous on the phone I had high hopes, turns out my instincts were right:
–No response after email and calling to confirm reservation (scary!)
–Charged my client when I specifically told him not to
–Huge hassle to get a copy of the receipt
–Didn’t track flight and arrived much too early, charging more for the wait
I’m all for supporting small operations but the customer service was very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Called. Had to be called back because driver was on the road… When I asked to make an early appointment to be picked up he said he was booked. Makes me think this is a one man operation. I will not be calling again.

I recently booked a trip to the San Antonio airport from my home in Schertz.
The driver never arrived at the appointed time and when I called the shuttle service all I received was voicemail. Wen I texted them for an explanation I did not even get the courtesy of a reply.
I DO NOT recommend this shuttle service.

After planning a last minute trip to San Antonio, TX… I found out the airport did not have a super shuttle and the house that we were going to was about 35 – 40 minutes from the airport so needless to say a taxi was out of the question. I called 210 Shuttle to rescue us. When our flight arrived at 4am on a Saturday morning and I called 210 Shuttle, Abel was very courteous, professional, and arrived in less than 20 minutes. The shuttle was clean, the music was good, his chatting kept me comfortable, not to mention that the rates were great as well.
The only regret I have was not calling him earlier so we didn’t have to wait :)
This is a great service run by an even greater guy!
