The Pavillion Antiques

This store is amazing! It is deceiving from the outside, but the store is big and they carry great finds. Furniture, silverware, and collective items, you name it. If you are looking for a special gift, check this store out! Like any other retail store, there’s a return or no return policy! There is a sign posted by their register, «all sales are final». I understand, because their merchandise is not new! It is a collective store! I see a bad review about their return policy, but you just don’t go buy something and then decide to return it when you don’t want it anymore! They take pride of their store and stand by their merchandise! This store is highly recommended, I know home designers shop there! I’ve found and purchased a lot of things from the Pavillion and love them! The store is also pet friendly environment! Go check this store out and see it for yourself!

Buyer Beware!
Short story: sold me defective bracelet, and wouldn’t do a return!
The details: On June 5^th 2015, I purchased a sterling silver bracelet at Pavillion Antiques for $ 180.67. I wore it that very day, but it kept falling off. There was something wrong with the clasp.
I attempted to return it for a refund, but Rick (the owner of the store) refused to give me a refund. He told me I could pay for a repair!!! I pointed out that they had sold it to me broken, and he eventually relented on that point – allowing a «repair» to be done by Joan (the jewelry repair lady at Pavillion). Unfortunately the repair was unsuccessful.
Still, Pavillion refused to do a simple return, but Joan said she would fix it again – although that was odd, because she refused to admit it was broken! (She was silent when faced with the words «defective» or «broken»). I picked up the bracelet after the second «repair» and it still fell off when worn – hence this review. They still refuse to give me a refund. I guess they think it is OK to deceive someone when they buy something at their store.
Do not shop at Pavillion!

I love Pavillion Antiques! Been going there for years when I need inspiration and to find great stuff to decorate my house. They have wonderful furniture and you can find unusual things for gifts or for yourself. A hidden gem…

This place is amazing! It looks deceivingly small from the front but turns out the store is huge. Lots of diversity; from furniture to little nick-​knacks. You will find anything there!
