I would not recommend living here. The alternative lifestyles of this community cater to 420 club members. Green Aroma was omnipresent. Plenty of kids, however, to alternate lifestyles parents. The Sir Francis Drake Blvd. road traffic was too loud for us and the fumes from all the automobiles got to be too much(unhealthy). Traffic along Sir Francis Drake gets busy during peak times.(Loud) The owner is super nice(Chris) with the rent price(reasonable) locked in for a year with the ability to reside month to month. We lasted only about 5 months before we threw in the towel. The property manager/maintenance guy was not tenant friendly toward us(at first, but then…) and was clearly biased towards the older tenants when it came to parking issues, even when I parked along the street he would side with them. Guests of mine couldn’t even park in the unassigned stalls on the property. It was a mess. While assigned 1 parking stall, the rest were unassigned stalls(first come, first serve). I was asked numerous times to move my truck to the street, when there were plenty of available unassigned stalls. Meanwhile, the property/site manager was allowed to have two parking stalls of his own. Go figure.
