It’s such a shame, because these apartments could be GREAT! My view is awesome, it has ton’s of windows and of course light, and inside it has lots of «old time» charm. But the management is LAZY. The place on the outside is always dirty, full of cobwebs, plants never get trimmed and in order to walk to your place you have to bend down. There were some issues w/my place that I pointed out during my walk through, and I was expecting those to be taken care of right away… after all they did require a $ 2000 deposit. But no. It’s almost embarrassing to bring people over:(
