My husband and I just bought a new car from Honda of San Angelo and although the buying end of the purchase was great, the experience with not only the service department at the Honda dealership but also at the Dodge dealership owned by the same company was sub-par. The day we bought the car it was raining so we were told we could bring it in to be cleaned whenever we wanted. My husband was told our plates were in and so he asked if we could bring in the car the next day to be cleaned as we were about to move to a city with no nearby Lithia Motor businesses(despite being told that there were some nearby). He was told to bring it in around 7am to get it cleaned before anyone else. They vacuumed the car but didn’t put the back seats back(they were folded down) so they missed the seats and floor in the back. They didn’t clean the inside windows so there is still a large square residue from the price sticker on the front windshield, and they didn’t dust or clean the dash whatsoever(it still had finger prints all over the radio screen). In addition, my husband was told to go to another dealership(Dodge) to get our plates and they didn’t even offer to put them on the car. I’m disappointed that we chose to purchase our vehicle in San Angelo instead of waiting for our move back to a big city because I guarantee we would have had better service.

We purchased our Honda vehicle a few months ago. The buying process went smoothly, and most of the people seemed so helpful. However, once you drive off the lot, no help whatsoever. No one returns calls, the service department is a joke. They make appointments for service, but why bother making an appointment when hours later, they have NOT even gotten to your vehicle? I am so worried now, because I am not confident that they will fulfill their obligations or do at minimum a decent job. I’m starting to think that I should have gone elsewhere.

The hood is also missing all ac, emissions and fan labels/warnings. It has a Honda Civic battery(not an accord sized one) and there’s not heat shield under the hood.

Good service and help until AFTER the sale. We were promised a USB cable for our new CRV and have received nothing but the run-around! Will not even return our calls. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.
