This dry cleaner uses heat sealed stickers to keep track of your clothes. I asked them not to use them on my clothes, which they have forgotten twice. They removed the stickers, but they leave a residue. I pointed out this out the second time. The person working there called the manager – who is not available onsite – and he said he would work on them. When I returned for the third time to pick up my clothes, the residue was significantly decreased, though not gone, and that had apparently been done by scraping the fabric, because the lining was now worn on one blazer. I pointed this out and was again told, there was no manager available onsite for me to speak with. By the time I finally got my clothes back, it took an extra week and I had to go to pick them up three times. I repeatedly asked for a refund, but was told only a manager could do that and he wasn’t available. I would have much preferred to have my clothes returned on time, cleaned, and undamaged, but the most basic level of customer service would have meant not charging me in light of the hassle and damage.

While they may have quick turn around if you ever deal with the manager directly you will regret ever giving them a penny. HORRIBLE customer service. If they damage any of your clothing you will not get even so much as an «Im Sorry»

I rarely write reviews based on errands I have to run, but this is an exception. I brought a suit in late afternoon on Sunday and it was done within 24 hours without even asking for it to get done by the next day. Awesome
