We’ve used this place three times to have my husband’s Blues drycleaned. The first and second times they were just «okay,» but they’re a minute down the road from us right now and so we went back. This last time was awful! They basically just washed the shirts and pants and didn’t press them at all! His uniforms are all wrinkly and looked horrible! He wound up ironing them himself when we got home. What’s the point of taking your clothing somewhere (especially, when they have commercials saying they’re awesome) when you end up having to fix their mistakes?
We won’t be going back and hopefully can find someone better in town who knows how to press a shirt. Not to mention, the woman who’s been there when we drop everything off isn’t the most pleasant.
