I had a small storage unit for 6 months while waiting to move into our new hose. The unit itself was OK. When closing out, I was told I would get a refund for the remaining portion of the month I didn’t use but already had prepaid (they even wrote it down on my closing paperwork).
After four months of back-​and-​forth, phone calls, false promises, and dealing with incompetent staff, I still have not received anything. I gave up and wrote the amount off. Not worth the aggravation.
Would not recommend this business.

Prices are high. If I hadn’t been desperate to get a place to store my belongings, then I would have searched for a better deal. Security is great. Staff is wonderful. I had some issues when I attempted to move out and still feel cheated. But I would still give it 4 stars for the yuppies on the sammamish plateau.
