Great food, friendly staff and large portions, reasonable prices! We eat here several times a month!

Stumbled across this diner while traveling to the Berkshires. It was a pleasant surprise and certainly better than stopping at a rest stop where options would be limited to fast food. The Happy Days theme is reflected throughout the diner with objects displayed from the 1950’s. Burgers, salads, sandwiches, gyros were our selections for lunch. Service was pleasant and prompt.

Stopped by this diner for dinner while driving from NYC to VT on a Friday evening. There were not many restaurants to choose from in the area and we picked Happy Days Diner because diners usually have a multitude of options and good food. The first warning sign we got was a rat sighting outside the diner, the only restaurant in the area. The second was the strangely dressed mannequins by our table. However, we were pretty hungry and wanted to get to VT as soon as possible so stayed. The server, a young woman, was the only person working and was very friendly. I tried the fried chicken and steak. Neither were good. The fried chicken was actually the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had and far from the comfort food that I wanted. There were four pieces but three were very small and fried so much that there was barely any meat left. The fourth piece was so hard that I barely ate that too. The skin was very difficult to cut through and the flavor was plain burnt. Even though my meal came with split pea soup, mashed potatoes and broccoli, I left feeling hungry because none of the food was appetizing. My friend asked for balsamic vinaigrette on his salad and the waitress responded with ‘the black stuff, right?’ A small girl, who I think was the waitress’s daughter, roamed around the diner the whole time. Very interestingly, while we were eating, three parties who all looked like they were from NYC on their way to go skiing entered, sat at a booth, and left after a few minutes. 2 stars because the food was absolutely horrible by diner standards but service was still enthusiastic and friendly.

Ayyyyyy!!!(The Fonz) If you’re obnoxious like me, you should vociferously utter«Ayyyy!» and give a smooth double thumbs up for Happy Days Diner. Do it when you enter, when you are served and when they kick you out for being a disturbance. Great diner-esque menu, big portions and, as expected, hardcore 50s décor. AYYYY! Try the milkshakes. AYYYY! Just don’t use the restrooms… they’re gross. I don’t think they had toilet bowl cleaner in the 50s, so they are staying true. The best and funniest part for me(because I love irony) is the overabundance of antique Coca-Cola paraphernalia in here. They only serve Pepsi. AYYYYY! ***(Thumbs up)***

Yes, they serve food… the atmosphere is dated to say the least… anyone who went here years ago knows that it used to be alot nicer inside… its was a bit crudy this time… Food was just OK… it wasnt terrible, but not as good as most of the other area diners…

We were looking for somewhere to stop for lunch today and found this great diner. The service was amazing! A small cheerful blonde girl(wish we had remembered her name) welcomed us when we walked in and the entire time was attentive, super friendly and helpful. The food was great too and the diner had a cool 50’s theme. Highly recommended. Five star service.

Place is kind of grungy. Service is good. Food is as one would expect from a diner. Nothing above average.

I love this place. Foods good. Great spot for kids. Everything we ever got from there has been great. I’m sad to see such poor reviews. We go nearly every week. Nice low key place. We will be there nearly every week when the kids want out for the evening.

Put on your pegged pants, flash fire socks, comb your ducktail and head to the Happy Days Diner to order your cheeseburger and milk shake. Use your cellphone in the built in phone booth

The outside of this place is extremely deceiving. It doesn’t look like much, but when you walk inside you’re suddenly back in time. The décor is cool, not overbearing like alot of the places that try to bring back the past in their businesses. Our waitress was VERY friendly(almost too friendly) but sat us immediately and was on the ball with everything. The place only had 2 other tables occupied so we were nervous and the reviews I read, well, not exactly good. We went with the burgers, I had the nacho burger, basically corn chips and cheese on the burger, nothing crazy but the burger was definitely above average. Overall the food was good and the place was cool. I’d eat here again.

Went for breakfast on a Sunday am. Fast and courteous service, above average food and good strong coffee. Interior delightful. It’s not gourmet but perfectly adequate. Would go again.

My dad and I went there one Saturday night when the other restaurant we wanted to go to had over an hour wait. My dad was looking for a place that served breakfast all day. We got there around 6:00pm on a Saturday night and there were only one other couple there. Uh oh. We should have turned around. The waitress came over and I ordered a soda. Unfortunately the soda machine was not working so I ordered a bad unsweet tea. My dad ordered pancakes which he really liked. The menu said that«real» maple syrup for an extra fee but when asked the waitress said that they don’t have«real» maple syrup. I could tell she felt bad. I ordered the turkey club and it was quite good. A few other people came in after us and the waitress had to tell others that they were out of certain food. If you are out looking for a place to eat, there are better options than this place.

This place was terrible! Supposedly their were updates and renovations and I saw nothing except they took the soda bar out. The waiter didnt know a thing! My 5 year old ordered chicken nuggets and they tastes like burnt rubber. How do you mess up something so simple? I could eat a bite if my food! Gross!

ok so the strip mall is just a decoy because as soon as you open the doors you are in the coolest 50s diner ever! seriously the food the décor is entirely what you did not expect but should have. it is based on all the classics like malt balls! as a whole it is definitely a fun place for a very casual double date. the food was comfort style the waitress was kind and patient, everything just made it comfortable. plus the décor gave everyone something to talk about.

I like this restaurant. If you’re a fan of the 40’s 50’s 60’s and the 70’s then this is a must stop. Ali, the owner has photos from the 3 stooges to Humphrey Bogart and many, many other greats. The food is good if you like short order cooking. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. I recommend this restaurant. If you stop by ask to meet the Owner Ali and tell him Dave sent you.
