My order came on time, hot, and correct. I have ordered a few more times from them and it has always been good for me. If you order a salad,(they’re great), make sure to ASK for silverware. I was at my new shop and had to improvise.

I’m a big fan of this place. Every time I order from here I try and get something new, and have yet to be disappointed. So far, my favorite is the Mushroom burger, and those cheese sticks are insane. Highly recommend!

This place was alright. We got a pizza and fries delivered. The pizza had garlic sauce and just pepperoni. But it was super super greasy and the fries are either over done or raw, it’s really weird. I probably won’t eat here again since a local pizza chain would taste better.

Fuck these assholes. I called in for a carry out and the punk with tiny genitals took my order. I asked if it was too late and he said no with a little laughter. I hurried my happy ass over there. And was there before they were supposed to even close. Well the fuck faces closed. They fucked with me on purpose. Big deal?. No not really but thats what Unilocal is for. To share my experience.

They should warn you when your wait time for a pizza is going to be 2 hours. The initial time said it was a 45 – 60 minute wait, then it changed to a 90 min wait but ended up taking 2 hours. The pizza was cold and all around not very good. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The food here is fantastic. Seriously. I realize not all of the reviews here are, but that seems to mostly concern delivery(more on that later)… when it comes to pizza, this place is great. Until last year, I’d lived my entire life on the East Coast, almost exclusively around or in Philadelphia. When I moved to Utah… I tried a lot of pizza places, and for the most part I wasn’t impressed — at least not until I ordered pizza here. The pizzas I get here always taste as though I might have ordered them from some of my favorite places back home, and Wild Mushroom has become my go-to for pizza because of it. It’s really fantastic. The other food is great too. The«Philadelphian» sub isn’t exactly what I’d call a cheesesteak(I’m used to my «wiz wit-out,» which I promise is typically only half as disgusting as it sounds), but still pretty good. I’ve ordered non-pizza items several times now and have yet to be disappointed by the food. Delivery… is a toss up, I admit. I’ve ordered and had my food in a half hour, but I’ve also waited two hours. A lot of it depends on when you order. I just submitted an order online about a half hour ago, and about 10 minutes in I got a text warning me of a delivery delay — it’s about 6:30PM on a gloomy-weather Saturday right now, so I’m hardly surprised. I’m strongly of the opinion that the food is well worth the wait. Also — I’ve ordered numerous times now and never had an intoxicated delivery driver. That really surprises me.

Ordered mushroom burger and double cheeseburger with fries and wings. It was all really good. Delivering time was over an hour but other than that food was good.

No meat on subs, the fries were burned AND soggy at the same time and the food took 2 hours to arive. Never eating here again.

People were nice, and they have a decent variety of veggie toppings and can top a pizza with vegan cheese. The pizza, though, was the sort of bland that made me wonder why I would keep eating it after I finished the first slice. It made me sad, because that is never a feeling one should get from pizza. I’m probably not going to order from them again, which also makes me sad, because it’s really really close to my house. If you’re looking for a vegan pie, Mellow Mushroom is just down the street in Sugar House, and is leagues ahead.

Do NOT order from this establishment. Our delivery driver was NOT sober when he came over to our apartment. He dropped pizza and dressing all over our driveway, couldn’t stand up straight or form a complete sentence. He was obviously intoxicated. I called the restaurant, about the situation, the manager didn’t seem very concerned that one of his employees was driving around in the state of mind where he could have hurt himself or others. They offered me free pizza, and pizza to replace what was spilled on my driveway by the delivery driver. Wild Mushroom quoted me 90 mins, on Father’s day, on a Sunday, which I guess I can understand. This particular order took about 2 ½ hours. The manager told be that they would ‘unfortunately’ be dig screening the driver the next day. Worst business processes ever.

First time I ordered here I was quoted a 45 minute delivery. I ordered the Philadelphia sub, it was ok. However the second time I ordered wanting to try the pizza. I was quoted 30 min delivery. After 1 hour and 20 min the pizza still wasn’t here. I called asking about it and was answered by a rude guy(his name was joe). He said our order was next and would actually take an hour and a half. To top it off he also mentioned the pizza had been out of the oven for 10 minutes and was waiting to be delivered. Did I mention how rude and condescending Joe was? Not even an apology and I’m waiting for a cold pizza. The pizza didn’t arrive until 2 hours after ordering, unacceptable! That means my pizza has been sitting out of the oven 30 to 40 min cheese wasn’t even melted. I live 2 miles away. Never ordering from this place again.

Despite the appearance and location, they have great food! I would recommend it and definitely go back! I ordered the grilled chicken and Philly cheesesteak sandwich, both were delicious. I am a fan because they make the best and biggest sandwiches. A large will fill you up if you’re hungry. I like trying new places for food and I found a favorite for when I am in the Salt Lake City area. Try it, why not! Live a little

I like to write positive reviews. I’m a really nice girl, but brace yourselves for this story. Unfortunately, I have NOTHING nice to say, save for the delivery guy who was so sweet, so apologetic and SO needs to be the owner of this place as he’s the only decent thing they’ve got and could possibly save this wretched business. Let me lead with this. They close at 10:30, I called at 10:15 for delivery, boy did that get a huge sigh of annoyance. So I want to call him«Justin»(?) said in a very clipped tone«well, it will be and hour and forty-five minutes at least». And I was like, «wow, an hour and forty-five minutes, huh??? That’s a long time.» and he said in a very condescending tone«well, yeah, by the time we get all the way out there!» NOTE: we were 2.9 miles away… hmmmm. So if you’re getting the gist of this whole thing; Basically we have a guy who really doesn’t want to stay the extra few minutes to make another pizza, but he cant refuse because technically they’re still open. So I say in a super smiley voice, «Awesome! We’ll take it!!! Green peppers, white onions and black olives please.» I give my address to a begrudging«Justin»(totally not sure that’s his name), thank him and say good bye. I mean, come on dude I was born at night, but it wasn’t actually LAST night, FOOLIO!!! Your business is closing in fifteen minutes. Do you think for a second that I believe its going to take you an hour and forty-five minutes to bring me my pizza, I mean, you have made it completely obvious that you want to get out of there as soon as possible!!! What are you gonna do, drive around for an hour and fifteen minutes with my pizza??? Seriously dude, you’re threatening me with late pizza to get out of making one more while your still open? I was like, embarrassed for him. This is only the beginning. In about 30 minutes our doorbell rings, and who is it??? The pizza delivery guy(I mean, DUH…) Just as I thought. He was soooo nice. I tipped him six bucks, thanked him profusely, off he went and everyone is happy, right??? WRONG. Here’s where it all goes crazy… I get inside and I open my pizza: I’m basically starving at this point; and the thing is absolutely covered in pepperoni. I know what you’re thinking, so what, pick it off, don’t be so picky! Here’s the thing guys, I’m Jewish and I don’t eat pepperoni in the first place. So lets see, I know the place is closed now. What do I do??? I know, I call my trusty delivery guy(love that guy) and I tell him what happened, and he promptly offered to come give me my money back. Thats a really generous compromise. I cant eat it, but I’m happy to give the pizza to a friend or neighbor so it doesn’t go to waste, but I don’t have to pay for their massive mistake. No harm, no foul, I may even give them another chance. About ten minutes later, my poor delivery guy calls me, and I can tell he’s pretty crestfallen. He says, «Justin called me to make sure the delivery went okay, and I told him what happened and he says I’m not authorized to do this, and that you have to call management tomorrow», and I say«did you tell them the reason?» and he said, «yes, and I’m so sorry, I feel terrible, I wish I could help, I feel like I totally screwed up». I was like, «Dude, you’ve been awesome, give yourself a break! I will deal with them. Relax and enjoy your night». I know it should have ended there, but these a-holes really don’t know when to stop. A few minutes later I get a text! can you believe the nerve of this guy to text me, so he texts, «I’m the manager, and pepperoni was the first thing listed so it WAS ordered». and I say«well it wasn’t ordered by me, I’m jewish and I don’t even have occasion to say the word pepperoni, let alone order it…» and he said«well, anyway our pepperoni is all beef and its kosher»(yeah, right) and I say kind of in a joking way«I’m guessing you don’t know a whole lot of jews, huh??? and Einstein over there writes, «um only half my family…» so I said, «really? Im sorry, but I don’t believe you, because if that were true, you would know that we don’t mix meat and dairy!» BOOM! Anyway, he suggests that I schlep over there tomorrow with the uneaten pizza and then he’ll return my money… The pizza is long gone by now. So I was like, «you know what? I’m just going to write the rude f-ing Unilocal review that you guys deserve. You’re a bunch of a-holes, and frankly I think you’re antisemitic». So thats my story, These people lie, the customer service is B%^#S&%T. I got no apology, no call to see how they could make it right the next day; nothing, they’re lazy, and frankly looking at the pizza, it looked like garbage. I’m a New Yorker, so I know pizza just by looking at it. My friends said it was«meh»… Don’t support these people please, I mean, hell when I called they didn’t even want my money, do yourself a favor and don’t give them yours.

The pizza is great, the atmosphere could use some upgrading and the customer service needs some real help. They should take some examples from they’re parent locations in Atlanta. Over all I’d definitely come back for the pizza, but probably take it to go.

I went to this place because of Unilocal and I saw they had vegan options. I ordered the vegan sub from the menu but was told they don’t make it anymore. Hmm… So I decided to get a vegan pizza. I ordered a small chicken pesto pizza with vegan cheese and no chicken. It came to just over $ 22. I could of got a large of any pizza for less then that. I’m assuming I was charged for a plain small pizza and then charged extra for the vegan cheese, pesto sauce, tomatoes, etc. We proceeded to talk about being vegan then when the pizza is almost done he tells me the pesto sauce isn’t vegan. Guess that’s my bad. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough that I’m vegan also a lot if pesto has some cheese in it but I’m so used to making my own without cheese I forgot. Now I’m not super crazy with it but I was disappointed as I went out of my way to this place for something vegan. Overall though the pizza was really good but $ 22 for a small pesto pizza with vegan cheese is out of my budget range but they did put a lot of vegan cheese on. Other places tend to be lite on that. The pizza did taste very very good though. I would recommend it if you get a direct menu item and don’t try to mix it up I bet that’s why mine cost so much and I will go back if I’m in the mood for pizza and in the area and not going to sub anything out. The guy working this one weekday afternoon was nice and friendly too.

First time I ordered from here they forgot the cheese sticks. Gave them a second chance and nit only did they take my order wrong, it took 2 hours to get my delivery and my salad was nearly yellow and they didn’t bring my extra side of ranch. When I called them to make it right, I was told that I was wrong and I must have miss ordered and they could replace it but it would take another hour. That was the manger. He was argumentative and a prick. Never ordering from here again!
