Texaco Express Lube

This Experience Was HORRIBLE!
First you get there. no one cares to ask you your name… or what you need done. They make you chill out for a long time and then finally they say the name of your car. (for me it was 45 mins after getting there). I told them I was there for an Oil Change (Which is supposed to include fluids checks and refills, etc…) and Safety & Emissions.
The guy grabbed the keys and went to town. ignoring the fact that I asked for Castrol Oil. As he went to put in their oil… i opened the door and said. NO Castrol OIL! If I ever saw a look that would kill… this rude oil changer would of killed me.
45 mins after the oil change took place… my car was then up for S&E. & My care failed Safety. REALLY? i own an OLD COP CAR. Never has issues with it or anything. They said that all this stuff dealing with my steering and tires failed it. — interesting. Since the guy never went under the car. he did shake the hell out of one of my tires tho… after he took my car out of the bay. They complained that my e-​brake doesn’t work (that hasn’t worked since I bought it… 3 years ago)… Also every car the was there prior to mine… They all FAILED… Interesting huh… All 6 prior… all failed.
Then this old manager guy… had the audacity to tell my dad (an EX Mechanic) about how all this stuff on my car is messed up. Really some old manage who changes oil is now a mechanic and he never even went under the car. So my dad had words with this «manager».
Te manager then said to me. you shouldn’t allow him o talk to me that way. Really dude. but I’m NOT MY FATHER’s Keeper. he was such an ass it wasn’t even funny.
Also they never went over for what was low ad what they filled. They just handed me the papers and that was it. Then after getting home…

Filled my low washer fluid, cleaned my air filter, checked that my air conditioner works, etc…
But when I popped the hood, the washer fluid top was open and there was no fluid in it. my air filter was never cleaned or oils (mine is a performance metal one). and my air conditioner since buying the car has not bee hooked up at all so it doesn’t work… so them saying it works is full of sh*t cause it’s not even connected. Also there was oil spray all over the drive shaft belt, etc…
So even tho DISCOVER CARD EMPLOYEES GET 15% OFF…
DO NOT GO HERE! It was HORRIBLE!!!
