Subway

My complaint is based ONLY on the fact that I made a mistake when shipping a gift to a friend. I was hopeful when we realized that the package was sent to and signed for at this Subway that it would be returned! NO SUCH LUCK! My friend went to this location and although I HAVE PROOF FROM FEDEX THAT IT WAS DELIVERED TO THIS LOCATION, no one has any idea what happened to it!
I have purchased MANY Yeti cups (best cups on the planet) and I know how they ship them! I KNOW that not only was the word YETI printed all over the outside of the carton, I also know that my friends NAME was the one on the shipping label and he is not the one currently enjoying a blistering hot cup of coffee! (seriously cup is awesome)
My disgust with this one subway is not over the food, but by the FACT they employ THIEVES and even when caught didn’t do the right thing! So please drive a couple more blocks and go to firehouse or if you really love subway just pick a different one, these guys don’t deserve the money you work so hard for! UPDATE: I was reimbursed the full amount for the stolen Yeti cup! Thanx!

Ive stopped here a couple times after work, both inside and the drive thru. Each time the service has sucked. It will definitely be my last. I used to work at a subway and am familiar with the process, so I am sympathetic. However, My last visit… It astounded me that it took a whopping 25 minutes for them to prepare my simple order of one veggie sandwich. Mind you it was 1am and I was the only car in the drive thru when I got there. I almost wanted to drive off before my order was even ready, but I chose not too. I don’t know what the fuck was going on in there but it should have not taken that long. After my other shitty experiences there, this location definitely will lose my business. Also, he was still wearing his gloves when he finally came to the window and took my debit card and handed me back the receipt. Gross.

How can you go wrong with subway? The only healthy fast food place in this area. Go get your VegiDelight on!

I love this Subway! I work really late and am always stopping here in the middle of the night. The night staff is great. They’re quick, friendly, and always get my sandwich just right.

This Subway is the absolute BEST Subway I’ve patronized in the valley. The ingredients are always fresh and ice cold. They are open 24hrs and have a drive-​thru. Every time I’ve been here the staff has been friendly and the sandwich has always been perfect. It may seem strange that there is such a discrepancy between franchise locations, but this one is top notch. 4-​stars because it is still just a Subway with their standard fare, but this is what all Subways should be.
