My nana paid extra to get the glasses extended warranty. She took them in and they would only cover half claiming she got oven cleaner on them. She had not cleaned her oven, she was recovering from open heart surgery. The woman was terribly rude. There are far too many options for optics to deal with such bullshit. Take your business somewhere better.

I prefer this location over the sears in West Jordan (Jordan landing). West Jordan is closer to me but they always seem to get my prescription wrong or forget to order it. The last time I went to the Jordan landing location and had my annual eye exam everything seemed fine until 2 weeks later they didn’t call me to come pick up my contacts! I called and someone who I assume was new, looked up my order to find they never sent it -.- running out of contacts I panicked and had them ordered. A month later after waiting, my contacts arrived. But they were the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. Are you kidding me? I decided to give the SLC location a try and they were fast and made no mistakes with my contacts. I’ve been coming to this location ever since and the staff and doctor here are super friendly.

I’ve gone to this sears for my exam for five years. The doctor is very good and they can always get me an appointment very quickly; however, everything else is terrible. I can never get them to fax my prescription to costco in a timely manner, once they just weren’t answering their phone, so I had to drive there and and watch them do it. I will not be going back next year.
