Rocky Mountain Endodontics

My wife and I went there as we each had a root canal that needed treatment. During the x-​rays there was an infection that was found that was working it’s way into my wife’s upper jaw bone. The infection was severe and Dr Facer took care of it immediately and since we did not have insurance and were paying out of our pocket, he graciously reduced the fee he would have normally charged and worked out a generous payment option. Everyone was very friendly and had our well being as a priority. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Endodontics to my family and friends without hesitation. They are fantastic!

So I went there for a root canal, they wanted to do two, but the sales-​type pressure the doc used made me wary, so I only chose the one. I’m glad. I had the work done, and it was ok. The thing I’m most unhappy about is the fact that they threatened to send me to collections no less than three times, when we had done all the leg work to show they had already been paid. In fact, the initial check the Insurance company sent was voided because they had never deposited it. They were so awful at working with us, that after my wife (who is very good at benefits, and the inner workings) did all the work to track down their payment, after we gave them everything they needed, they still came after me two more times. It’s not that big an office, I believe that if I didn’t have such an awesome wife, I would have probably paid to get them off my back. Terrible.

I received excellent care from Dr. Facer and his staff yesterday. I am having a hard time believing I could have been in the same office as the other reviewers on this site! I was referred as a new patient/​same-​day emergency by my general dentist. My doctor and Dr. Facer had spoken before I arrived and I didn’t have to tell anyone what was going on again!
I waited 5 minutes in the waiting room and Dr. Facer finished a challenging four canal molar root canal in 45 minutes. I’ve worked in dentistry for 15 years and have seen root canals like mine take HOURS-​or the doctor takes a couple of appointments or misses an unusual fourth canal. I speak from long experience that the equipment, cleanliness, and knowledge of Dr. Facer and his staff is second to none!
