I took over freight shipping for someone in the company that left. The previous person and OD were BFF. Since I took over, I haven’t had the best experience with them. I’ve had two incidents with their customer service where I’ve felt like they weren’t interested in helping me with shipments. The salesperson is too chatty and seems to think they don’t do a thing wrong and I’m the only one to feel this way about them. He came in today to tell me that they are only going to handle our LTL shipments from now on, not full truck or flatbed. I’ll give them one more shot, if that doesn’t work out, I’m afraid that I won’t be using them in the future. The shipping market is too competitive to not take customer service seriously.
