Havenwood of Holladay

I like this place so much I lived here twice!
HUGE town homes right on Murray Holladay road — a little tricky to find, but right off of Van Winkle and 900 E. Each town home is 3 stories, private 2 car garages off the first floor, kitchen, ½ bath, laundry hookups and living room off the main floor, and 2 bedrooms, 2 baths off the 3^rd floor. Kept clean, with new paint and carpet, hardwood floors in the kitchen and white tiles in the entry and baths. They have a few 4 bedroom units available not not a whole lot extra, but at the time I lived here only one of these units had a finished 4^th bedroom, and even it had no closet. It’s still worth the extra amount for the larger kitchen, master, etc. BTW, the kitchen in the 4 bedroom is HUGE!!! Walk in closets, closet organizers, linen closets and pantry, this place is top notch. Now if only they would spend the money to replace all the brass fixtures.
The management here is really what makes this place 5 stars. It’s been a few years since I’ve lived here so i don’t know if she’s still around, but Stephanie was the on site manager she was easy to talk to, and pleasant to work with. You can pay rent right through a drop box at the management office on the East side of the property. The maintenance guy also lives on site and takes care of all filter changes and is quick to respond to any problem or concern that may arise.
Centrally located: 5 mins from Fashion Place Mall, 3 minutes from Cottonwood Mall, 5 Minutes to I-​15, and 15 minutes to downtown Salt lake City. Nicely kept, quiet neighbors, and upscale town house living. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you have to rent.
