Latter Day Bride

I can’t say enough good things about this store! Riley gave us outstanding customer service. She spent the longest time letting me explain exactly what I was looking for. We had looked at dozens of stores for a modest prom dress. We had 2 days till prom. We came into the store after it seemed promising that we could find something great. Riley was amazing! She was so helpful, told us what they had in her size 14, and pulled them all for us. There was sufficient variety of colors and styles. Riley helped my daughter with anything she needed, zipping etc. I can’t say enough good things about this store! Kind of pricey, but good quality. Only thing I can think where they could improve is with a multi discount. We bought two dresses. I felt they could have given us more than 5% disc. off just one dress. And then after spending almost 700.00, they ask if we want a fabric bag, and I ask if it costs more, and yes it was 10.00. Really? If you spend that much, they won’t give you the bag? That was unbelievable! That isn’t Riley’s fault, but that is ridiculous and crazy to not offer the fabric bag for free after that. Suggestion: when you offer the bag, let your customers know it costs. Otherwise, our experience was great! :)

This is a great experience. We were assigned a bridal consultant who went thru all our options. The selection was awesome and the service was second to none. Whether you are looking for a higher end gown or the perfect prom dress for your lovely minion, LatterDayBride has her covered, literally and figuratively.

This store is focused on skinny child brides rather than all of the shapes of women that live in Utah. The bridesmaid dresses were only available in a size 6 and 8 in store, even though they can do bigger sizes to order, which meant that my size 22 bridesmaid was not allowed to try on dresses, and to feel less than.
They had shitty service. When they tried to measure one of my bridesmaids they told her she was a 12 when the size 6 sample dress that fit her perfectly. They never assigned ONE assistant to work with us when we were trying on dresses, and put us in the back of the store right by the bathroom so we were constantly being interrupted by people going to the bathroom, and people going to the stock room.
If I could do over, I would not go to this store.
