The service was great and the speed was awesome. However I couldn’t really stomach the mac and cheese. The toppings were good, but something in the cheese sauce or noodles did not taste like cheese or noodles. Sad for me, but may be still worth a try for you.

This is as good as food truck food gets! I haven’t had any better Macaroni and Cheese than this! I had the State Street add bacon and Potato and Parmesan topping! So delicious! If I could eat this everyday, I would, and I would die a happy fat kid!

These people walked away with $ 360 in free money from a school of kids. Another truck beat them out and they complained until walking away with free money ANDALLTHEFOOD! Nobody provided proof of sales or any sort of visual that they indeed made all this extra pasta, but because they didn’t make enough they took advantage of one of our parents and had them pay what they felt owed. I guarantee they sell the leftover food after reheating it tomorrow and making that much more. It was shameful and I don’t recommend doing business with someone who would do this to a school.

My girls got the State Street with potato chip crust. I wish the«crust» was more fine, and not just slightly crushed potato chips. That being said, I do like the flavor of the chips with the mac. My girls loved it, and I thought it was good, though I would like to try one of their other options, with veggies or something. Plain m&c just isn’t my dish of choice, but my kids love it, and they thought this was really good.

Grade A. It’s amazing this is coming out of a food truck. Chef Kimo has definitely figured out a crazy perfect blend of cheeses. There isn’t anything lacking. And the toppings, there’s more to that blend than I could have created at home. I’m not much for Mac at a restaurant, but this stuff could be brick and mortar and successful.

Standard food truck fare — over the top decadence and steep prices. You’re serving me out of a truck, why am I paying more than I would at a restaurant? That said, the food was really good. Portions were big, so get one to share.

I’ve noticed this truck around town recently and checked their website for a time they would be near my work. When I arrived(10 minutes after the time they advertised they would be open) they weren’t open. I waited another 10 minutes. That was a little annoying to me since I was on my lunch brake. Once the truck did open, I was greeted by a very friendly guy. I ordered the Highland Drive which is a good size portion of cheesy mac + vegetables. It was quite good(better that my homemade recipe) however I wish I was offered some hot sauce.

I literally just finished my first order of Liberty Dr. Mac and Cheese and it was freakin’ delicious. Not only this, but their receipt printer got a bit off axis and printed my name at the top of someone else’s order, and ended up giving me the wrong mac and cheese. I found the lady who had ordered it and gave it to her and explained that I got someone else order. To fix this, they made the correct one with extra chicken and gave me a poker chip with their sticker on it and told me that it was worth a free mac and cheese the next time I see them. EXCELLENTWORK my friends. Everyone in the truck was so nice and friendly. I will DEFINITELY eat from their beautiful truck again :)
