If I could give negative stars, I would. Sure, the prices may be great, but to get those great prices, you’ll trade and end up with what is quite possibly the worst customer service in the world. If you should ever order baby furniture from them, realize that there’s a 20-​week wait for your furniture. Trying to complete our set when we found out they were about to discontinue it, we ordered the toddler rail and the bed rails for the full size bed. This took six weeks to come in, and when we went to pick it up, it took 30 minutes for the sales staff to even find it (at first they told my husband they couldn’t find it and it must have been misplaced or lost), and then the set they brought out was broken. Luckily, somehow they miraculously found a set that wasn’t broken, but all told, it took an hour to pick up an order that should have literally taken my husband (at the most) ten minutes – mostly due to the incompetence of the sales staff. And don’t look for a manager, since they’re never around.
