I was impressed with how much stuff they had, even if most of it is empty speaker boxes. I went in needing a wiring kit and LOC so I could install my own box and amp to my factory car stereo and asked about their install prices and they told me they’d do the install using my box and amp… They got it done in about an hour and the install was as good as I’d expect from any place like this. The wires they used are high quality. The only negative was they left all the wire clippings in my car and put one of the seat panels in wrong, trapping my seat belt… which was an easy fix. I looked up their prices for the same products on Amazon and these guys have Amazon beat every time. They were helpful and kind working with me and all my questions. I’d recommend these guys on service, price and quality, but do not go into their waiting room… it is/was completely FILTHY!

Wow — I got screwed. Its true, these guys have really good prices. But their customer service sucks. What is worse, they sold me the wrong in dash DVD unit and promised me it would do things it can’t do. I told them I wanted to buy an in dash DVD player that would show audio AND video from my iPhone 5, so that I could access youtube videos or other video content on my phone & show it to people in my car on the DVD screen. They sold me a Pioneer AVH-X1600DVD. At the time they sold it to me, they told me it was so new that there wasn’t a cable available to do what I wanted(to send video from my phone to the DVD player and its in dash screen). They told me to call them after a month or two and it would be available. I’ve called them the last several months a few times, each time they either don’t answer their phone(on regular business days, reg hours) or they put me on hold forever, or they tell me that the person who can help me find the right cable isn’t in at the time. I emailed customer service for and I also called a guy that works at Laketown Speed and Sound(in Draper UT) and both of those companies told me that the Pioneer AVH-X1600DVD isn’t even capable of receiving and showing video from an iPhone 5. They say that the iPhone 5 sends out HDMI video, and that my Pioneer DVD player isn’t capable of receiving that signal. They said that there isn’t even an adapter that will convert the HDMI signal to the 32 pin jack on the DVD player. So, after hundreds of dollars paid to them for the equipment and a bunch more for the installation, I now find out that I can’t do the MAIN thing I wanted to do with this DVD player system. I found these things out today from Crutchfield and Laketown, so I’m trying to call Audio One to see if they will step up and swap my DVD unit out for one that really does what they said it would … and guess what? No answer. I’ve called 5 times today and get a recording each time

This place has the cheapest prices and is an authorized dealer for many brands. Make sure you know what you want to buy before going to them. Do your research online and know the prices. They will beat them and beat them well. I love my audio install I did with their products and enjoy driving to work now. Don’t go in asking questions because their customer service is abysmal. If you know what you want, these guys are the best

Absolutely unbeatable prices. Quality products for thrift prices. I wonder how they stay in business sometimes. I’ve done deals with them several times before. That’s the good… The bad part is how awful their customer service is. As someone who works in customer service, I know how hard it is. But it’s straight up backwards here. They expect you to know EXACTLY what you need when you enter their building. They are awful at answering questions, and try to rush you into buying something. When you leave, you have a weird feeling that you’ve been ripped off. But, of course, after you get everything installed, that can be forgiven. Assuming you or a friend know how to install it.
