The friendly and courteous staff make is a pleasure to dine here. No other facility in Salisbury can handle this volume of business. The food is fresh and consistently well prepared.

Absolutely horrible. Stopped in this past Friday night on a long drive East — ordered 2-​combo meals around 9:10pm and didn’t get our To-​GO order until almost 9:35pm…half of the team was walking around refilling sauces, straws, etc even though the lobby area was full of customers waiting for food… the manager kept coming out, noting the ridiculous wait and then returned to the back to stare at the computer monitor — doing absolutely nothing to help his team or expedite the orders. I understand it is a Friday night, but this is not dinner time — nor a dinner rush… but the WORST part was watching as a girl filled fry orders with NO GLOVES and proceeded after each scoop to use her glove-​free hands, and (I imagine) sweaty palms to push the fries down into the container. It was really gross. I wanted to say something but this location was already completely disorganized. Take my advice and drive .5 miles farther to Wendy’s

What a huge disappointment! This was by far the worst Chick-​fil-​A location I’ve ever been to! The tables and restrooms were disgusting. The chicken strips and waffle fries were just barely luke warm. When I went back to the counter to tell the worker, he kindly obliged and grabbed me a new box of strips, but then his coworker told him to count the strips and grabbed the box from him, making it seem like I’m trying to cheat them of a chicken strip. I mean common! And then guess what, the new box was even worse, this one was full of broken pieces of chicken jammed into a box. The pieces were just as cold and stale.
SO glad we were just passing by and I never have to come to this location again. I feel bad for the locals!

The food at Chick-​fil-​A is always good and the service is fast and very friendly but on this visit I went for a refill on my ice tea and they didn’t give me any extra ice just a cup of tea

What is it about those little chicken nuggets that make them so addicting?
Driving from Charlotte to Winston Salem, you run into a lot of exits where you have to drive several miles away from the interstate to get to some fast food options. This is not one of them. It’s right off the exit. The problem is, it takes awhile to get back to interstate because of the traffic and timing off the arrow light.
Other than that, it’s your standard Chick Fil A. All the employees are ridiculously nice. Seriously, if you don’t leave here with a smile on your face, you may need to be checked to see if you have a heart.

Can you beat CFA? Have you ever had bad food or service at a Chick-​fil-​a? I rest my case. This is just another great ran Chick-​fil-​a. The staff very friendly and the meals are prepared so quick even when the lines appear long. There is a reason that this chain does so well, and I believe it begins with the smiling face that greets you when you walk in.

Great service, friendly staff. easy access off of rt 85. There’s a lot of traffic through this store, but they handle the flow pretty well. Drive through the smooth and the inside is very clean. They have a playground for your kids too.

I recently had dinner at this Chick-​fil-​a in Salisbury NC. The food was very good, but the reason why I am writing this 5 star review is because of the customer service. We stopped by on our way home to Charlotte. When we got home, I realized that I had left my purse at the restaurant (oh no!!) I called and SOMEONE HAD TURNED IT IN. Not only was the purse in perfect condition when we returned, but the (quite a bit of) cash was also still there. The staff and the customers of the evening showed great integity. I live in the Seattle area, so I would have been in a mess if I had lost my driver’s license also. Don’t want to think about it.
What I do want to think about is this: BRING CHICK-​FIL-​A TO SEATTLE!

The service in here was great no complaints to about it. I was greeted with a smile and my order was hot and ready in a couple of minutes. With that been said I give it a four star due to lack of cleaning. The restrooms were dirty and the area where one eats is also dirty not as bad as others but overall 4.

Chick-​Fil-​A always pleases the morning hunger. Spicy Chicken Biscuit with hash browns and a small coffee for $ 4.59. Yum! I don’t have to explain their chicken. But what makes this place stand out from the rest is the enthusiastic staff. We had a child with us, which one of the staff members came to help with the high chair and getting utensils for us. While we were eating, the manager came by with a cheerful good morning to start the day. And as we finished our meal, the lafy came by again to clear our tables. This is a fast food restaurant, right? Regardless, the staff made the quick fast food stop that much more enjoyable. Thanks Chick-​Fil-​A!

Such slow service. So very, very slow. The to-​go line wrapped around the restaurant, which caused more problems because then the cars that had received their orders couldn’t get out of the way of the people waiting for their orders.
This is going to be a popular location because it’s close to the interstate on an exit full of goodies, and they need to find a way to deal with that so this overcrowding isn’t always an issue. I’ve seen some locations tackle long lines with employees standing in the to-​go line taking orders to make the process twice as fast — maybe this location should consider it, too?

On a recent trip back from Raleigh, I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat, via the drive-​thru. It was around 8:30 on a Friday night & they were quite busy. The drive-​thru had quite a line, but in true typical Chic-​Fil-​A fashion, I wasn’t in line very long. Employees were friendly… but when are they not? :)
I ordered just a 8 piece nugget & it was just as good as every other time. It means a lot to me when a chain restaurant is consistent in their service & food & Chic-​Fil-​A wins every time.
The parking lot is rather small.

this place was super packed (all spaces full, drive through lined around building) when I dropped by for a snack around 2 in the afternoon. so, you would think that my fries would be hot; however, you would be wrong. they were not hot or even fresh! in fact, they were barely even warm. :-(:-(also, i discovered that they no longer serve brownies!!! bizarro, what a disappointing stop.

Chick-​Fil-​A. Why aren’t you in New York? NYU doesn’t count. This location is pretty good. Quick service, and accurate.

Always a minus for that whole homosexual fracas but this place is definitely just as good & service is just as awesome as at any Chick-​Fil-​A. My milkshake was good, the chicken nuggets were hot & it’s a shame the closest location to where I live is terrible. I always look forward to going to Chick-​Fil-​A when I visit NC.

Excellent customer service! The food is great for fast food, great selection. There are other things on menu besides deep fried foods. The «diet» lemonaide is awesome.
This place is always packed but you never have to wait and there are always a few empty CLEAN tables.

It’s Chick-​Fil-​A, need I say more? Great location right off the highway, super nice girl at the drive-​thru, fast service, and delicious food. All this with a side of Chick-​Fil-​A sauce and you have a recipe for success! Love CFA!
