My boyfriend and I tend to be forgiving people. We’ve been to this location several times, and each time it has gotten worse. The employees yell orders across the establishment at one another, and discuss how someone is getting written up blatantly in front of customers. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, one of the employees was wiping down tables, and proceeded to use the SAME rag to wipe the trash can AND the drink machines. GAG! Then a cherry on top came when a customer in the establishment, was talking to a customer through the drive thru window? I just had to look away. The staff is ghetto and not trained well, they have zero customer service skills, and it’s the most unwelcoming place I have been to thus far. No worries, I’m done with this place. It’s time for new management and staff. This place is a cry for all the help in the fast food industry!

Worst customer service I have ever had. No mustard? No honey mustard either? Had to hear a whole convo about how they thought me veggie burger smelled bad and they were pissed they had to make it. When we asked the girl for a straw and napkins she rolled her eyes and gave us attitude.

Great service today on our first visit to this location. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was not working but they did offer my daughter her choice of another dessert item at no charge which I thought was above and beyond the usual fast food attitude. Décor inside is updated, despite the old exterior. Only the chairs and tables were not replaced but at least was clean.
