Went to Venia for waxing and I was very pleased. The process was fast (did it during my lunch break) and had to schedule a follow-​up appointment to clean up — at no cost!
I really like being able to schedule appointments online, very convenient.

I made my appt that same day! I got the hot stone and it was great! Just what I needed for my Sciatic nerve. I love how private it is versus a large busy place.

Jessica Berlanga is probably the prettiest, business-​savviest, hardest-​working, and talented central coast gal! Upon asking her to do my hair and makeup for my big day, I knew she wouldn’t disappoint. Even after I kind of changed up my whole look from my trial (oopsie!), Jessica whipped out her magical makeup brushes and hair wands to make me the pretty bride I always dreamed of. She even stayed late to make sure everything looked good and fixed my veil for me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Venia Spa is awesome! I have mainly seen Jessica but have also had a massage with Krystal. Both are very professional, they enjoy what they do and they are very talented! Prices are very reasonable and I LOVE that I can schedule my appointments online! The location is easy to get to and park and the spa is always clean and tidy. I highly recommend for all your skincare and massage needs.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else to wax my eyebrows Jessica is the best. I’ve been going to her for 6+ years, and I still get compliments about my eyebrows.
Besides waxing I’ve also had shellac manicures, facial, makeup and hair for special occasions, and eyelash curls services. I always leave happy and feeling more confident.

A coworker recommended I go see Jessica for waxing. I have no complaints. Pricing is reasonable, she does a great job. She’s personable and easy to get along with. A few months after I started getting my waxes done there I was talking to a coworker about needing a sports massage. She recommended Krystal who happened to be at Venia as well. I got in right away and she was amazing! With pricing way better than anywhere else I’ve been.

It’s been over a year and a half since my first review, and I still won’t go anywhere else for waxing, nails, or facial treatments. Jessica has both an exceptional talent and a true passion for what she does, and it shows in her service. She’s kept her pricing fair, and her dedication to quality is obvious. She is always learning more and expanding her services, and her advice is second to none. So glad to have this hidden gem in Salinas.

Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. The one on one, top notch service makes this the best spa in town. The staff is extremely warm and friendly, never make you feel rushed and always pay attention to detail. 5+ stars!

I found Venia today through Unilocal and was able to make an appointment from the link provided. I booked a 90 min massage with Krystal. Prior to starting she asked what problem areas I had and then focused on those areas and provided great relief to the pain I was having. I would highly recommend her. She is very skilled and responsive. Cost is very reasonable for the quality massage provided. One of the best I have ever had.

I have been to this spa about 4 times now. I was recommended to Krystal by a friend of mine, but was hesitant at first. I had been so disappointed with other spas & the massages I got. I would never go anywhere else now. I have had massages by both Krystal & Veronica; both were amazing. And 90min! They really listened to the areas I said I was having issues with & always made sure the pressure was just right. I’ve never had a problem getting an appt. even with just a couple days notice. I would like to try the «spa package» though. I’ve never had a facial there, so a 90min massage plus a facial sounds wonderful! Don’t waste your time with other spas.

I heard about Jessica and Venia through a friend on facebook, who recommended her for my wedding hair and makeup. I was not disappointed! She made me look really glamorous! The charge for my hair and makeup (the bride) was $ 100, and she came to my house in Salinas for no charge! She is a really nice woman, and was participating in the conversations going on in the house. I would highly recommend her!

4 years ago I met Jessica, Krystal, Molly and Jasmine at a different spa.
We had our separate ventures, but Venia is our sanctuary.
These wonderful ladies have a true talent and passion for what they do.
FOUR YEARS!!! And I still stay in touch, visit, and OF COURSE I have my facials and massages done HERE AND ONLY HERE.
They have the best prices ($ 20 less than local spas), best quality, plus you have a calm, private room for your treatment (s).
They carry dermalogica facial products. I always stock up here. Any of the ladies can refer some awesome products to you.
Honestly, because I know them personally, professionally AND have been in touch for years, you can honestly trust me and try it out!

As a gift from my sister, i was treated to the most relaxing 90 minute massage and my first facial at this cute little spa. It was wonderful. Both girls in the office that day were really sweet. Krystal, who did my massage was very thorough and extremely gentle, but still managed to put enough pressure to work out the tension in my neck and shoulders. Jessica, who did my facial was very knowledgeable about skin care and shared great tips with me for caring for my dry and blemished face. She even shared recipes for homemade skin care products!
I was also really pleased with the cleanliness of this spa and i loved the privacy i got being the first friday morning appointment.
They also have specials apparently, so i think my spa day came out to only $ 130… Worth every penny!!! I’ll be returning the favor to my sister soon, as well as booking another spa day for the next time I’m in town.
