Wow! Horrible service, food was not cooked right, and our tamale with black mole sauce was so dry it broke apart and crumbled. Is this a joke?

Had the menudo, it came with homemade tortillas(yum!) and the typical fixings. Very tasty! I prefer it with hominy but I know it varies. My mom had the tlayuda al pastor. We’ve never had that dish, which we learned is a oaxacan dish. The beans had a unique flavor – we couldn’t quite pinpoint the spice. Very simple and unassuming. Will come back again to try something else.

Man this food was so disgusting, it has no flavor whatsoever. The staff is so uncordinated. They have such a dirty workplace. I can only imagine behind the kitchen how dirty they are. I was waiting for ever… and to top it off I got home and I went straight to the toilet lol never go there

Very humble and friendly place. I have been coming to this place regularly for home made breakfAst like chilaquiles, cactus and eggs, and home style cut potato fries. While i havent tried all off their dishes, i can say that this place deserves my five stars for their service, coffee, home style mexican breakfast and their menudo. Ive had menudo all over the city and imo, this by far is the best. Really tender, balanced flavor, clean and nicely cut. Accompanied with 4 hand made tortillas! Muy sabroso!

Some really interesting, traditional Oaxacan menu items here. Prompt and friendly service, clean place, not overly greasy, and the black beans are a nice alternative to pinto. The quesillo is excellent.

Funky little restaurant in an industrial area. Nice people! I had an Empanados(Polo) to go. I thought this was an Empanada(savory turnover type of item), but it’s not! It was like a combination of a quesadilla and enchilada. It is made with a large tortilla, filled with chicken, clilantro, and enchilida sauce, then folded and grilled like a quesadilla. There was more sauce than I felt the dish needed, but it was good. Next time I’ll ask for them to go easy on the sauce.

Good authentic Oaxacan food with friendly service. I have no complaints.
