BEWARE! This Owner has an extremely nasty attitude and isn’t afraid to use it, on anyone! We did not choose them, they are part of the moving company we used to get our container from overseas. First off, he doesn’t return phone calls for 24 hours and when he does, he doesn’t remember he already spoke to you an hour before. Claims he’s been out, yet when you call, you can hear him in the background. The guys that came to unload and unpack (what a joke) were nice, but you would think they would have remembered to bring their tools to OPEN THE CRATES? No, we supplied them so we wouldn’t have to wait for them to go back to the yard, get tools and come back. They (3 guys) started unloading and asking «where does this box go», heck, I didn’t even have 2 seconds to LOOK at the box to see what was on it. This kept up until I finally asked «what is it that you are supposed to do?», one of the guys said «we usually just dump clothes on the bed and shoes on the floor». Wow, that was MY mistake for not asking what the procedure was for «full service». They had to leave some boxes and said «just call Rebecca and she’ll have us come back and pick them up». I did just that at 3pm the same day, and she said it was not possible, so I said that was unacceptable so she transferred me to «dispatch», which is Mark, the owner. He proceeded to tell me that he picks up boxes as a courtesy, and if I wanted to PAY him for that, he would put me on the schedule. I said ^%&*(you and hung up.
He is the representation of this company that will NEVER be used NOR referred to anyone that has a need for moving or storage.
