Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Worst pizza I’ve ever ordered in my whole entire life. Seriously. These guys were too blind to see that my whole pizza was burnt and still delivered it to me.

I ordered a pizza half w sausage and the other half pineapple they got my order wrong so I call and the guy said to take the pizza back for an exchange, I was not going to drive back there and wait again for them to make it right never going back there again terrible customer service

Called earlier to see when they closed, they said 11pm so I call at 9:50 and they say they are closed for the night. Thaaaaaaaaaanks NOT!

Not the best pizza like everyone said, the slices are big but they put way to much tomato sometimes and or too little cheese I wish they would make it better!

Very dry, a lot of dough, not a lot of sauce. We ordered the salad bar, staff restocked while we were getting salad, it all came out of cartons, none of the salad was fresh made. We were there until closing and watched staff pack away the salad bar and put everything back into the carton they came in. Pretty gross, potato salad out all day and put back into its original carton for the next day. Stay away, not good or fresh.

I have to agree with many of the reviews, the worse pizza!!! I paid 22 bucks for a large not worth the money, service is ok nothing spectacular for a pizza joint. The pizza did not have good flavor at all, the condiments looked old, the cheese taste funny, order 12 wings horrible. The worse pizza don’t come here go to another place at this point little Caesar is better.

We came here to celebrate after my sons graduation after going to the W. Alisal which was packed. As I was ordering our pizzas, the young lady helping me had a very rude attitude, and kept interrupting as I was trying to order. Almost like she was I a hurry to get out of the way. No one else was behind me. My order was simple, told her I wanted 6 large pizzas, three pepperoni, pineapple and ham, two combination but that all was very confusing to her. I really got upset and told to please stop interrupting me until I had finished ordering, so she did. At the end she didn’t even say thank you which I did. She seemed to me as either she was a manager or the actual owner as she wasn’t wearing any type of uniform or shirt as other employees.
And if you are looking to get a refill on your drink, you will have to ask for it and get in line as the fountain drinks are NOT accessible. They are behind the counter which in most pizza places I’ve been to I’ve been able to get a refill without someone giving me attitude.

I’ve been to a lot of pizza places in Salinas and this place has always been the worst. The employees are always more concern about there own privet little lives to pay any attention to the customer. If your looking to have a nice time with your family I advise you not to come here. Bad language among the employees is everywhere. They are not discreet about anything and they’ll let you know it. But the food is good :)

This place is awesome. I ate here yesterday and love the food! Everything was so fresh. I loves the service! The girls at the front were helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars!!!

Good pizza, fast service, super friendly staff. Lunch buffet is only $ 7.99 and it comes with a drink and perfect for large groups! Order the combination pizza, it’s amazing!

Went there today, pizza was really good. The girl at the counter with the glasses was really professional and got the food out really quick. The TVs are nice too, good spot to watch a football game. Definitely will come back.

The pizza is outstanding here, for some reason better then any other locations! Fresh ingredients, fast service and helpful staff!

BEWARE OF MOUNTAIN MIKES PIZZA! Usually dont even care to post on Unilocal but this one is a must. Ok so we had bad case of FOOD POISONING here so WATCH OUT. My family and I had a pretty big order. We ordered the large all meat pepperoni, large pepperoni, large chicken club, and small jalapeño pizza. My wife thats pregnant and daughter had diarrhea and vomiting all night until morning. My sister in law and her son were vomiting and had diarrhea all night till the following morning also. My other nephews and nieces had an upset stomach throughout the night and the next morning. So we called and spoke to the manager and told them the situation, he of course denied that it was the pizza. SO JUST WATCH OUT before ordering from here we dont want you guys to get sick.

The pizza was okay, but a little salty and not very much sauce. This was the first time I visited this location because I had a coupon from a local flyer and wanted to try them out. I live halfway between Watsonville and Salinas, so I guess the Mountain Mike’s in Watsonville had sent the flyer even though it wasn’t clear. Anyway, the Salinas location wouldn’t honor it even though I specified the coupon when I called in the order. That’s just bad management and poor customer service. Coupons are used to try out a new place and encourage people to use your service. You should be thanking the Watsonville locations that I used your establishment, but instead you refused to honor it and I will no longer do business with Salinas Mountain Mike’s.

I’ve ordered from this location for the last year and I’ve had a pretty good experience. The people are always nice on the phone and in person, and I’ve only left with the wrong pizza once– partly my fault for not checking. I personally like Mountain Mike’s pizza.

I’ve never ordered pizza from this particular location but I was in the area so I figured I would try out their lunch buffet. Boy was that a mistake. Granted I got there 45 min before the buffet was ending but the pizza should still be good. One pizza had literally a glob of parsley on each slice and left a horrible after taste. I decided I had enough of the pizza and went for the salad but to my disappointment that was a sad scene as well… not many toppings to choose from. They lacked the usual salad toppings which was weird.
Basically, I left hungry.
So if you’re in the mood for a good pizza lunch buffet, go to the one on Davis Rd.

Nothing special about Mountain Mike’s Pizza. The pizza was typical fast food style — think less than Domino’s quality. I ordered some wings and the breading was soggy. They tasted like they were frozen and reheated. Look elsewhere for quality and flavor.
Overall, not impressive but the restaurant was clean.
