Great food and prices pretty fast service for the most part and always clean! The ahi salad is great and they have a bison burger that words can’t describe

The food wasn’t really that great, especially not for the price. Horrible how dark it is in there as well. Pasta was rubbery. Meat was bland.

Hands down the worst BJs I have ever been to. Ordered the Roast Beef Dip with skinny fries and a side salad. The food came out literally 5 minutes later. No salad. I said wow that was fast and the server says yeah, they messed up on someone else’s that ordered the same thing so you got their food. Gross! And the salad came behind. Fries were stone cold and the bread was hard as a rock. I complained politely, no discount or apology. Just an $ 18 tab. Won’t be back.

Good food, nice assortment if draft beers. I have always gotten great service. I’m not big on restaurants that put children in proximity to the alcohol, wheter or nor their party is drinking, doesnt matter. It’s the language the alcohol incites that bothers me. Put them in the separate room.

I came here with my family and it was a great experience. I had the steak with a baked potato and asparagus. My steak was cooked perfectly along with the asparagus-not too soft and not to crisp. Would definitely come back! Waitress was attentive and friendly!

Cheap, okay happy hr if you you like their terrible beer and corporate poured drinks and bad food. The service at this particular one is so horrendous that they deserve an extra star just because its terribleness enhances the eating experience. They’ve elevated being bad at service so it is on par with Cirque du Soleil or a good Vegas show. The table next to us didnt have a waiter speak to them after 15 mins and walked out. Truely masterful.

We love BJ brewhouse but we only sit at the bar and get the most excellent service ever there. Their lettuce cups and some of their small plates are amazing and we have never been disappointed when we’ve had any questions or problems with their order the bartender just takes care of it without blinking an eye. The tab beers are amazing and so are the margaritas.

So, after my last review I received a voice message from the manager of BJ’s and two $ 50 gift cards via email; tonight we decided to use them. From the moment we walked in 7:48pm until the moment we walked out 9:30ish, I track the time it took for us to be seated, how long it took for the waitress to our orders, how fast the food came out of the kitchen and overall service. Keeping in mind it was a packed Friday night. We walked in the hostess backs were toward us chatting amongst themselves. While wait it seemed as if the hostess staff seemed a bit lost on who was next to be seated, the reason why I say that is they asked those of us that were waiting which parties we were with and how many people in our parties. After 24mins of waiting we were seated, not bad from what we were told upon arrival a 20min wait. Our waitress McKay was great very perfessional and friendly. Our food was hot on our table by 8:44pm. As we were walking out again, the hostesses chatting among themselves with their backs towards us as we were leaving the front doors. They didn’t even acknowledge us leaving saying thank you or good night, any of that. With all this said, it was a much better night than December 22, 2015 visit.

Good food. Slow delivery; inattentive waitress. When we arrived the restaurant was slow, but it took about 20 minutes to pull two tables together. We had to ask multiple times for refills. Food for one was brought out about 15 minutes before anyone else was served. I had to ask another waitress to find our waitress because after serving, items were forgotten and our waitress didn’t bother coming back to check with us. Despite the service, the food was good.

4 adults went here for dinner tonight. We were seated after a few minutes, but left at the table without someone to take our drink order for over 10 minutes. By the time Javier came over to us we were all ready to order, not just drinks but also or meal. 2 beers, 2 waters, a soda and a coffee were ordered along with a burger(well done), pasta, fried chicken and the rib eye(medium). After 10 more minutes the waiter come to let my husband know they were out of the beer he ordered. Still no other drinks. Slowly after the soda arrived. Still no water, coffee or beer. The beer and water eventually showed up. No coffee. It seriously took over 25 minutes to get a cup of coffee. We’ve all had slow service before, but this is ridiculous. Then the meal comes. Well done burger is medium at best, medium rib eye(mind you, this is over $ 20) is so raw is purple and on the verge of being bloody, and the succotash is chewy, old and cold. Jesse, the manager came by and asked how our dinner was. We were honest. The burger was sent back and replaced. The steak was eaten around the most rare parts and the chicken and succotash was left mostly untouched. We were starving, so we ordered a poozooki sampler to share and a decaf coffee. Glad they couldn’t screw up ice cream and cookies. My friend prepped her coffee and began drinking it till she saw a coffee ring in the bottom of her cup. Since it was a new cup of coffee, this was utterly disturbing. We called over a server and all they said they’d do is replace it. Gross. You poured and served a «fresh» cup of coffee in a dirty cup. When the waiter brought the check, I told him I had no problem paying for the beer, poozooki and pasta dish since those didn’t have issues. All they removed from the check was the coffee. Awful. Unclean. Crappy service. Hope the health department visits in the morning and shuts them down. Wish we’d seen the reviews before.

Just…/no. Started off bad from the beginning and went downhill, sadly. It’s Saturday night, busy, I get it. Walked in, stood right in front of the podium to check in. My two teenage girls went straight to the bathroom so I stood by myself. Enter two families/parties behind me who are asked for their names and how many in their party as I’m ignored. Finally, I say, «excuse me but I believe I was here first and have been standing here.» She looks at me and without acknowledgement that she just put others ahead of me asks for my name and tells me there will be a 25 minute wait. No, don’t think so. Lucky for me my girls came in while I parked the car and put their name on the list. We were seated rather quickly because of this. We order chicken lettuce wraps as appetizer. They came out in a reasonable time and were delicious. However, we had to get up and find our server to ask for appetizer plates after attempting to eat juicy messy lettuce wraps over a napkin. I don’t recommend it. I order ribeye with side of asparagus and side of Brussels sprouts and abportobello mushroom asparagus starter salad with NOCRANBERRIESANDNOPEPITAS. Going low carb. Salad and dinner arrives at the same time(weird) and I’m given a steak(overcooked — definitely not medium), asparagus and a friggin plain dried out overcooked baked potato! Had to send it back because I definitely cannot eat a starchy dry baked potato(if I’m going to eat it, it’s going to at least have a little butter). While waiting for that, I start on my salad, no cranberries and dressing on side as ordered but PEPITAS all over the place. I spent the next several minutes while waiting for my dinner with the right sides picking out pepita seeds. I didn’t want to send that back also. The girls received their spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Alfredo without incident, thank goodness. In the end, the food was okay, our server Brian tried(he even noticed I had a mountain of PEPITAS on the side of my plate and said he told them to HOLD them, but they didn’t). We didn’t get a water refill(the only thing we were drinking since we cut out sugary drinks). In the end, this place is mediocre at best and perhaps new management or serious training could help whip this place into shape. Attention to details matters in this industry. 2 stars is the absolute best I could give this BJ’s. The worst BJ’s location I’ve been to which is sad because I actually live nearby this one. Probably will not be back — this is my 2nd time here with similar outcome.

One star because the waiter was nice. I ordered the turkey burger, which tasted and looked horrible. It looked like the picked it out of the trash. The fries that came with the burger were disgusting. They tasted a day old, and they were extremely over cooked. The fries were rock hard, and inedible. My nephew ordered a simple steak and steamed broccoli, which he thought was delicious.

NO! No no NO!!! I hate that I’m writing this because I LOVEBJ’s at pretty much every location I’ve ever been, and then of course I move close to THIS one and it’s AWFUL! We went to dine in once about two months ago and it was mediocre… didn’t want to review because I wanted to give it another shot to sway me either way. Then we just ordered take out tonight and we are PISSED! They say 15 minutes it will be ready on the phone, and so were there in 15 minutes. Get there, and they say it will be another 10. Strike one… not because we’re impatient people, but because they said they had to «bake the pizza a bit longer.» Remember that… we finally got our half great white, half bj’s Classic and fan-favorite avocado egg rolls and leave. Get home ready to dig in to our $ 40 take out meal, and the disappointment starts. Remember how the pizza had to be baked for 10 minutes longer? Ha! Pizza was barely baked and cold. Toppings weren’t cooked, flavor was lacking, tasted like raw dough with jarred sauce and processed vegetables on top… I’m especially mad because the Great White has long been one of my favorite pizzas from Anywhere and this RUINED it for me. Speaking of, the avocado egg rolls have also been one of my favorite appetizers from anywhere… but the rolls from the Salinas BJ’s? Sigh… tasted like fried puke. Seriously… not even just saying that to be funny or overdramatic. It tasted like the avocados had been eaten by someone, thrown up, and then stuffed in an over-fried, spoiled egg roll. I don’t believe we finished as much as we did. Obviously, we didn’t eat it all because ewwww gross awful, but we’re still sitting here feeling like crap now because we have no clue what we just put in our bodies. But we can say, whatever we did throw down the hatch, was no way NEAR worth the 40 effing dollars we paid for this massive disappointment. Won’t be back here again sadly. Guess we’ll have to wait till we’re back in another city…

My boyfriend and I decided to come here for date night. We been here before a couple of times but I had never reviewed it. Every time we come here we get fast and friendly service. We have never had a problem. The staff is friendly and attentive which is the reason why we come here every other month. I love the calamari which is one of the reasons we always come back. Also they have the best strawberry mojitos. I would defiantly recommend friends to come here for dinner.

Wife went with daughter, and mom who are picky orderers(glutten free, dressing on the side, etc), and apparently BJs hit it out of the park. Wife has been raving about how good the pizza was and how nice the service was for days. I haven’t even eaten here and I’m giving them 5-stars. Will visit again at the next Stone event.

The only reason I gave a star was because of the food and drink. The amount of time that it took to get a waiter to get anything more than water was astonishing. One dish came 15 – 20 minutes before the other dishes at a table of 5, which still took 20 – 25 minutes to come out on its own. My dish was a small pizza but didn’t look entirely presentable, it was just messy and seemed to be thrown on a plate with toppings strewn about. Another plate was missing it’s sides, and that had to be brought to the attention of the waiter. When we ordered a trio of pizookies for an obvious three people which was brought to the attention of the waiter, we only received 2 spoons, and had to wait another 10 minutes for just a spoon, which we received a much larger serving or soup spoon. It was frustrating and idiotic. We spent approximately two hours there of which the majority was spent waiting.

I’m glad I stopped in here after shopping at the Salinas, CA mall. This is the FOURTH BJs I have visited sine being all over the country and by far the best experience. Please, don’t get me wrong… The other locations were great, but this one SURPASSES my idea of great & that just means they’re supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! LIFE… it’s just too short to waste on mediocre. If you don’t live now, when will u? Hi to BJ’s ONEWORD: Clam chowder… yum(3 words, but you know what I’m saying) *haha The service is simply great and I’m voting this one on my best places to visit in MY world… my tiny little world matters and yours does too! ##DROPSMIC

Don’t eat here. My family and I came around 9pm and it took 15 minutes to be sat — not that bad. Once we sat down we ordered the ahi poke which was basically saturated in soy sauce and it looked like they chopped up avocados and threw them on the plate. We also ordered their Hawaiian mahi mahi and jambalaya. The food took awhile and when it finally came it was extremely dried out, bland and smelled like fish. I returned the food because it was inedible. Worst experience I’ve ever had at BJs and am thankful I don’t live in the area.

Chili was awesome. Topped with sour cream, onions, grated cheese, and I’m not sure what else. Half sandwich of turkey ham and bacon was bigger than most half sandwich and soup combos you find at other places. Toasted and warm. Flavor was okay. Nothing over the top. Had a BJ hefferweizen that was pretty great. Lately I’ve been into the ales so this was a refreshing change. Service was pretty quick and fairly attentive although drinks ran out here and there. The place has several TVs to get your game on and a full bar ! Restaurant is big capacity. Couldn’t get the table count. Maybe when I return.

The food is basic bar food but with an upscale higher end feel. They have a variety of beers and a full bar. Good size TV that are plastered around the walls so that you can watch football, baseball or whatever sport is being shown at the time. I had the holiday special where I would chose two entrees and two sides. I had the top sirloin and scampi. The sirloin was medium it was delicious didn’t need any sauce and it was definitely not dry. The Parmesan crusted scampi it complimented my white cheddar mashed potatoes. The seasoned veggies were a bit on the hard side. For dessert we had 2 orders of the mini trio pazooki! My favorite flavor were the sea salt caramel and peanut butter. Some were a bit too doughy and not crisp at all around the edges. But others were baked to perfection. The white chocolate macadamia was a bit too sweet for me. Service was alright. I guess she was overwhelmed with MNF and visitors coming from out of town since it is thanksgiving week. It took awhile to get orders, refill our water… But what I found weird… The check came out before our desserts! Hmmmm. To our server… I hope you have a better day today… Try to smile and not just drop the check off. From table 631
