Monterey Bay Hard Surface Cleaning and Restoration

We were fortunate to find Monterey Bay Hard Surface Cleaning and Restoration when we arrived in the area. We have used the service now twice for spot cleanings on a light wall to wall carpet in our condo. Josh is a well mannered and hard working young man and did a professional job in getting those stains out. With an easy disposition and good humor as we know Josh will be able to do the job. We highly recommend John and his company and know that he will give that special attention to all his customers — no matter what the job is.

I needed to have my rooms shampooed and I shopped around for carpet cleaning. Joshua was very professional and polite right from the start. From the moment we spoke on the phone to the time that the job was completed, he kept me informed and involved throughout the entire process which I really appreciated. The carpet cleaning was great! Once I saw that he also cleaned natural stone, I asked him if he would also clean the natural stone in my showers and it came out phenomenal. I had not had them cleaned since they were originally placed. He definitely went above and beyond the expectations that we had for the carpet cleaning and the natural stone cleaning. Also, my husband was cleaning out his truck and Joshua offered to shampoo the floor rugs as well. My husband loved the results (my car is next that’s for sure). Monterey Bay Hard Surface Cleaning and Restoration will be on my contacts list from here on out. Definitely will be recommending Joshua to all my friends and family. I was VERY satisfied with the work. I needed to sell my van and he came to my home and shampooed the carpets and seats. This definitely helped me get my car sold faster! I liked his work and professionalism that I called him back to do two carpets of mine.

I called Joshua and scheduled him to come over to my house for a free estimate for a cleaning on my tile and grout. He arrived on time and was able to do the job the same day. He completely exceeded our expectations. He made the grout lines look like new (which I didn’t think would ever be possible) my kitchen floor has never looked better!!! I was so pleased. I then Had him take a look at my car. I am a mother of 6 children and my seats and carpets where due for a cleaning. He did another fabulous job !!!
