Very happy with the marble tile installed around our fireplace. The installation looks clean, elegant and well-​crafted. Brian is very responsive to email/​phone, honest and curteous. He worked diligently while here and is one of the few contractors who left our house cleaner than it was before he arrived! We would certainly consider hiring CHS again.

Brian is the consummate professional, arriving exactly on time, being very polite and knew exactly what was needed to make our tile, some 65 years old, shine, sparkle and look like new. He worked very long and hard and given the time and results, his prices are fair. He even t=noticed the failure of the first tile installers to seal and grout correctly and took care of the matter as well. I highly recommend him and his services. It is nice to find a home professional these days who completes the job, is very conscientious of you time and property and leave you with a good smile.

I have known Brian for years and have had the pleasure of having him clean the office carpets for both businesses I have worked for. He creates miracles with carpets that we thought were beyond cleaning. Brian also has cleaned the interior carpets on my vehicles in the past. Again, with fantastic results! He also does a phenomenal job with pet odors and stains. I wish my home was closer to the Salinas area as he would get my business for sure.

Brian just did a wonderful job cleaning all of the carpets in our home (wall-​to-​wall plus multiple wool area rugs). This is the second time I’ve used Castles Home Services, and the service and attention are just as good this time as they were over a year ago.
Unlike the big national companies, where you never know who the operator will send into your home, I know that when I call Castles, I can talk to Brian. More importantly I know where to find Brian if I have a problem, which is a level of personal accountability I find far too unusual in this day and age.
I heartily recommend Brian with Castles Home Services.
