Holiday Inn Salina

Rooms were a little noisy, lots of neighbor activity. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable and I slept very well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were great. A very modern place for Salina. It’s a little off the beaten path while staying in Salina but is easy access for travelers.

Very clean and easy to get to off of highway. if you are lucky enough to meet Darlene at the front desk then she will make your day! She is a very friendly soul, very professional, and extremely sweet!

This hotel is very nice. The location is close to the freeway making it ideal for those traveling through the area. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. I was happily surprised when I entered my room. The soaps, lotions, etc, smell great as well. I’m so happy I stayed here.

A newly built hotel. Overall everything is clean and well designed. There are other HolidayInns in the area that I would not recommend staying at. This one is MUCH nicer.
Restaurant: 3 stars. Ate here for both dinner and breakfast. Reasonably priced food.
Dinner: chicken tenders and fries. Fries were soggy chicken tenders were good. Food took over 30 min to come out.
Room: 5 stars. Single king bed. Everything was clean. The room smelt brand new. Very nice updated bathroom with spacious shower. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
**Beware: our room had an outside facing window and we did hear cars/​trains. It wasn’t constant or overwhelming, but it was there.
Pool/​spa: 4 stars. Good sized pool and nice spa with great jets. Only complaint was there were very unruly children running around. I was physically jumped on while in pool. Drunk man by pool caused scene and yelled obscenities. Management handled well.
Wifi: 2 stars. Wifi is free, however is overloaded and extremely slow. Couldn’t get anything done.
