DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS with your clothing. They come across very nice as long as you bring them your business and give them your hard earned money. But when there is a problem they are not credible and are dishonorable. I picked up my dry cleaning and 2 of the items had holes in them. When I brought it to their attention they had the nerve to blame me and were very defensive and refused to make it right. Their decision is now my choice to go elsewhere.

Extremely rude serivice. Do not give prices ahead of time either. Very expensive, and do not do as requsted. Go to the another dry cleaner if you want good service for a better price! It cost us $ 100 to learn this lesson.

I did business with Westgate this past week. I am new to Salem and decided to try them out. The woman at the counter was very arrogant and lacked ANY customer service skills. Not only did they NOT get a stain out of my blouse, but never bothered to even say, «I’m sorry, we couldn’t remove the stain». Instead the woman said, «sometimes you can, sometimes you can’t» when I asked if they had removed the stain. Then she charged me a large fee for services NOT rendered. I won’t go back.

Amazing. they can do everything! I had the them clean a white blanket that my dog got messy and it looks brand new! They never let me down and they have the best customer service!

The people at Westgate Cleaners do good work in a timely manner for an OK price. What I don’t love about them is that they aren’t open on Saturdays. Kind of inconvenient.
