These guys are great! my wife and I used to tan at with their competitor but they were not easy to work with and the owner was a jerk. Glad to be with a group of super nice people now.
Also Madison is pretty sharp, she is always making recommendations on how to maximize my results — definitely recommend talking with her.

I was excited to discover a Bronze Planet in West Salem too! The girls here are just as friendly when I come in and I rarely have to wait for the bed I use. I love that the locations are all linked so I can tan in whatever area of town I happen to be in with the same account. Highly recommend!

Even after not going in for over a year they still know my name and my bed, it’s nice to go in and wind down and just chat with the staff. They are all super sweet and helpful, and I love that they remember things about me and me life

I went to Cinco de Micro this year and won a prize from Bronze Planet. they rang bells and told me I won the top prize: a free tan in one of their top beds. Beads were put around my neck, and I was given a card saying «bring this card in for a free tan in one of our luxury beds». Apparently there was some miscommunication because when I went in to redeem the tan last month I was supposed to bring the beads with me and I only had the card. The card is only good for a tan in the lowest level bed (luxury?!), which wouldn’t give me any real color. I understand that miscommunications can happen, but when I explained to the girl working that I was getting married in two days and leaving in 2 hours for my out of town wedding and was planning on this, her reaction was the opposite of good customer service. Not only was she not apologetic for the confusion or even offer me any sort of upgrade (I would have paid a little at this point just to go in a higher bed!), but she honestly treated me like I was lying about having won a tan in a higher bed. If this is how they treat customers who are two days out from their wedding and made an honest mistake in bringing the wrong thing then I can’t imagine how they treat people on a daily basis. I do not recommend this place and I will no be redeeming my «prize».

I really like this place. I am new to tanning, and Bronze Planet has been an ideal situation. All of the staff are super friendly, it is VERY clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to a friend :)
