Worst Rental agency, do not rent from them. They are Slumlords and so not want to fix anything. They tell you they are going to all kinds of upgrades and they never do them. Clearview Estates is where I lived that they managed. It was a 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath and when my wife and I moved in (we are a lesbian Couple with kids) the rent was $ 525 then when Luana took over the rent was raised to $ 695 mind you they do not have washer and dryers in the unit and now the new tenants who rent an apartment have to pay $ 825 or more we just found out today from a current tenant they are raising rent again to $ 925. This Property management company and Owner is a rip off. They have black mold, rats and other rodents and bugs and they do not treat the place for the mold, rodents or bugs. She does not follow landlord tenant laws and apples your rent how she sees fit. They will apply rent to fees and make it look like your rent is not being paid. She will make verbal agreements with you and then act like the agreement never happened Luana will also let her manager Terry make verbal agreements and then act like they never happens and they tell you one thing and the owner Roland something totally different. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

We are super happy with the way Apex has treated us as tenants! We have rented from them for over one year, we transferred from one unit they had to another property in their listings and they provided us a full deposit refund on our move-​out and were excellent with all paperwork — the online portal and lease signing process is fantastic! Maintenance requests were always responded to in a timely fashion and we have no complaints!

As an out of state investor I could not be more happy with the management services Apex Property Management LLC provides. They are top notch and the ideal company to manage your rental properties!
