I was attending a wedding on the outskirts of Salem and locked my friend’s keys in the car. He was the first one I called and in glad I did. He was very helpful, patient and timely especially considering it was raining. It also helped that he was very knowledgable and also gave a military discount. He can do invoices with AAA as well. The price wasn’t bad for the work he did On a Saturday afternoon.

After being in a sticky situation with the ignition in my car I called multiple locksmiths. One had come out to my car and after hours of fiddling with it he left without getting anything done. Another locksmith had quoted me almost double The Lock Guy’s quote and said they couldn’t promise anything would be accomplished. I made an appointment with The Lock Guy and within a few days he had the parts I needed and came out to my car. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received, Joe was very friendly, very knowledgeable in the field, and professional. He was able to do what a lot of the other guys couldn’t and was in and out pretty quickly. After my experience in dealing with locksmiths in Salem take my advice and look no further because you really can’t get better service for a better price.
