I did drive-thru and the service was great but once I had gotten home to finally eat my sandwich, it was very poorly made and I ended up eating the veggies and throwing the rest of it out. I will come back and try it again but I probably won’t do drive-thru anywmore. I will just stick with getting it in store

The menu is a Subway menu, which is okay but admittedly not exciting. But the service at this particular place has always been great, friendly and fast. Makes it a good place to grab a quick lunch. I’ve never been disappointed here.

Usually I’m disappointed in the service and quality found at any Subway, but this location was top notch. It was clean and inviting although surrounded by other types of seedy looking stores/bars, etc. There were several customers but only one employee, who was fast and friendly. She made our sandwiches quickly and exactly to order. I hope they pay her what she deserves because there is no tip jar. Parking is not ideal. We had to park a block away, there isn’t a large sign like other stores have. The sign in is small and easy to miss if you are dodging fast traveling skateboarders.

I believe it is a fairly new Subway. Last time I was in this building about a year ago it was a clothing store I think. Anyway, the lady who served us didn’t crack a smile once. She was just going through the routine and that was it. No cheer in her voice or anything. May as well have been a zombie. The food was fine and the store was clean. However my mother needed to use the restroom, they don’t have their own in the store but they said the restrooms in the building required a key and they didn’t have one. So if you have to go, you may have to wait to go somewhere else. With so many Subways around downtown, I don’t see a reason to visit this one. Or better yet go to Pita Pit.
