Pizza Hut in general is OK. I prefer domino’s but decided to venture to pizza hut. Ordered a few items online for carry out. I get there to get my food and two female employees were having a conversation as I go up to the counter neither of them acknowledge me. I stand there for a good minute before they decide to service me. I give one girl my name the other one turns around and grabs my order sets it on the counter and tells me my total and they continue their conversation! I hand over the money she grabs it as they continue talking. I think one word has been said to me directly at this point. I notice an item is missing so I ask for it and one of the females rolls her eyes and sets it on the counter Continuing the conversation with her coworker. Food tasted good but the customer service was terrible I felt completely ignored and like I was inconvenient to their social time. Will not be back to this location.

I have to repeat my phone number the times. Then you argue that a the topping coupon for the toppings does not include two toppings and extra cheese. .then you can’t even get the order right after telling you three times? Looks like I’m off to Papa Murphys. Lost my business forever.

Just ordered the bacon spinach Alfredo pizza. To our surprise our pizza came with no spinach, mushrooms or balsamic. We were delivered a bacon and cheese pizza. Not ok.

Pizza is burnt and hard. However they are willing to make it right when you call in and inform them of this issue. Very nice and customer friendly on the phone as well.

Always dependably delicious. Deep dish is my favorite and this place is the only place that delivers to our neck of the woods AND cheap!

We have ordered three times and all three times the pizza crust was soggy! We will not be ordering from them again.

Warning: Every single time you call the West Salem Pizza Hut, you get grumpy service and the disclaimer«Just so you know, we only have ONE driver so it will be at lease 1 ½ to 2 hours, is that okay?» Every. Single. Time. Oh, and if you opt for carryout and spend any time in there lobby waiting, be sure to cover your children’s ears. Their staff members have quite the potty mouths. There are so many other GREAT pizza places in West Salem with excellent service, so my advice is to skip this Pizza Hut.

Two stars because, gosh darn it, they try! Ordered online, wait time, 45 min. Paid by Cc. Fine. 1.5 hours later I call and I was told my card was declined! Every time I have had any card declined, it was done at the time, not told it went thru and then denied. At any rate I asked why I wasn’t called and told and the phone person did not know. I asked for the manager, told she was busy, so I asked for name and I over heard a shrill female voice say, «her card was declined, what does she want me to do??» As soon as she came on I told her what she could do. Explain why I was not called. She said she called once and it was the wrong number and called a second time and the phone was disconnected. I explained it was not, I was using it then, as I am, now. And I had her verify she had the right number, she did. So, epic failure. Bad customer service. Pizza sucks from there but we have got it in the past because its elcheapo. Elcrappo, too. I am glad to never call PH again. Too bad, I once worked as an assistant manager 20 years ago in Montana… It was a good company, then.

We have eaten here one time since we moved to this side of town back in 2005… They are right next door to subway and their line was way to long to wait out. Not a fan of this food… I would blame the corporate model though.

Ugh. Ugh ugh ugh. UGH. I used to live in this Pizza Hut’s delivery zone. And yea, I am pretty sure a review of Pizza Hut is pretty pointless, because either you’re going to order it or you won’t. But I stopped ordering from this Pizza Hut. And, stemming from that, stopped eating at Pizza Hut altogether. Now, for me that’s a big deal. Throughout high school and college, I lived on this stuff. More than was good for me. But I was a Pizza Hut fanatic. I loved their Bigfoot pizza, their stuffed crust pizza, their calzones, breadsticks, whatever. If they sold it, I devoured it. But this location killed any desire to eat from them again. Partly, their ad campaign annoys me. Any pizza, any toppings, any crust for $ 10. With a huge emphasis on «Really!» Yea, every crust except stuffed crust. LIARS! I can’t stand that. Don’t say, «Any crust! Really!» if you don’t mean it. Okay, rant on that over, because that’s more of a corporate thing, but this place disappointed me more than any other. I would routinely order from here and have ridiculous wait times. My pizza would arrive luke warm at best, and I only lived about five miles from the door of their place, if that. Half the time they’d forget my 2 liter of soda, and often when they would deliver the soda, it was warm. The final straw was when I ordered from them and finally got my pizza after an hour and a half. «Bite of Salem» was going on, or some such event like that, so I was told it would be a long wait time… but seriously, an hour and a half? And then my soda was forgotten. So the guy comes back, and it’s not just warm… it’s hot. So I call the store and ask for the manager. I express my dismay at a cold pizza and a hot soda. His response is something along the lines of, «So what? We’re busy.» I said that it pretty much ruined my family’s dinner for that night, and his reply was, «Because your soda is warm?» I again listed my complaints, such as exceedingly long wait time, cold pizza, etc., and he is beyond unsympathetic to downright hostile. So I said, «You know, this quality and your service make it unlikely that I will ever want to order from you again.» His customer service skills took over here, and he said, «Over that?» I started to talk about that, but he just slammed the phone down on me. Alright. I can not order from that place again, but Pizza Hut as a company isn’t necessarily responsible for that. So I call their Customer Service line. And send an e-mail. I explain everything… and this is a day or two after the fact, when I had calmed down some. …no response. Nothing. Not even a «Sorry for the lousy service.» Or a rote, «We’ll look into it.» I got nothing. I’m a pizza junkie. My girlfriend is a pizza junkie. There is a pizza hut mere blocks from my house. I drive by it without a thought to go somewhere else now. I haven’t ordered from them in years. Sure, they won’t go out of business because of me. But they’re not earning my five or six pizza orders a month anymore, either.
