After repeated attempts, to give this bunes the benefit of the doubt, and can now conclusively say this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have even been to. Slow, disorganized, and lacking the quality one expects from the chain.

As far as Dunks goes this one does need to work on being ‘in stock’ and having the equipment in working order on a regular basis. That being said, I am definitely what you’d call a regular. I visit this location 3 – 5 times a day(yes, a day) and the staff works hard and provides the best service possible under the conditions in which they work. I contacted the owner a few months ago to voice my concerns about this location and the management problems they were clearly experiencing. Much to my surprise, he heard me and he has taken some significant steps in correcting the situation. This location is definitely on the mend. Keep up the good work!

This has never been a great Dunkin’s but at 5:00 pm(a usually quiet time) today’s visit was unspeakably horrible. Went through drive thru. One car ahead of me waiting to order. After 5 minutes, no one has moved. Finally I left and went next door to buy a soda. When I left the parking lot, same car still waiting to order. Two employees inside.

The car, my clothes the cup all needed a bath after this drive thru disaster. The guy working the window in street clothes and no Dunkin uniform could care less. I am not sure he was even an employee after this encounter. I ordered a large Hazelnut Coolatta with whipped cream. When I drove up to the window I presented my phone as I had a free medium drink. He scanned it and told me the coupon was«no good» and made me pay for an otherwise free drink. Then I noticed the cup had a flat top on it, signifying that he didn’t put whipped cream on it. That was the least of my concerns as the drink was dripping all the way down and around the cup. I asked him to please clean it off which he barely did. When he handed the drink to me it was still a mess and whipped cream was seeping out the sides, making it worse. I asked for napkins as it was dripping all over my hand, the car and my jeans. I think he gave me one or two. When I wiped it I knew that was not going to work. I asked for a second cup which he gave me. When I slid the second cup into it I placed it in the cup holder and the lid popped off and drink was all over the place. Even though I was still at the window and the«employee» saw he didn’t seem to care at all. This will result in a call to corporate in the AM. someone owes me a car wash!!! Do yourself a favor and find one of the other 10 Dunkin Donuts in the area.

I go here at least 3 mornings a week. The line in the drive thru moves quickly. They do mess up orders once in a while but its early in the morning and they are busy so its not that bad. Its a pain to get in and out with the(neverending) construction on Bridge St. but its the only one in my path on those days. If I am going to 128 instead I stop at the Hess with a Dunkin inside. No drive thru there but easier to get to on my way out of Salem.

All everyone does is always complain about how they can never understand the people who work at Dunkin Donuts and they always get the order WRONG. So why do you go back?
