I was just in the drive through(west Salem, Oregon) for over 20 mins. I ordered one number 3 and it was 9 $, I could have gone to red robin or another Restaraunt for that time and that amount. There was not even an apology for the wait, when I asked why it took so long, the kid basically looked at me like I was dumb and said«our fry thing is broken, so we’re waiting for another one»… Hmm. Then my fries were not even hot, cold actually, and they were about the same size as a McDonald’s small. Like 15 fries. I will never go here again. McDonald’s is one minute away and they are always quick even though they are always busy. Must be the reason why these other posts are saying this BK is always empty. –5 Stars

The food is decent. But they have real problem with not letting you know when they are out of things until you ask why it’s missing from your food or kids meal. I got a whopper jr, to my surprise no tomatoes on it. when I went and asked for tomatoes they said they were out… Ok, if you’re out I understand(though things like running out of what goes on your signature burger shouldn’t happen) but tell me that before you make my food, don’t just make anyways missing one of the most important things. then other time i ordered two kids meals, one buy one girl toy. got both boys, and when i asked for the girl toy, she looked at me like i as an idiot«all we have are boy toys right now.». again, then please inform me of that before just giving me the boys toy instead, with that i honestly understand running out, but please understand as a parent this can seriously ruin our entire night when a little girl expecting a little girl toy gets a boy toy she would never play with. Honestly, as a parent I would have just gone somewhere else if I knew they didn’t have the girls toy. It seems like a small things, but with little kids it really does make them sad. And if I had been a parent with a child with autism it would have been cause for a huge melt down. They need to consider how things change the customers experience before ignoring what they asked for and giving them something else without even letting them know

I have eaten here less than 6 times since 2005. Basically regretted it every time but was to dumb to remember it and tried some weird special they had going that looked interesting enough to try again. BK is an eatery fail! So is MCDONALD but if you ate going to eat garbage anyway …

For being one block away from McDonald’s, this place is dead during rush hour(5pm). Like all BK, this place has a drive thru, and the usual set up. This place seems to be run by high school students. The workers there are fairly young, I didnt see anyone that look over 23. I can’t say that is bad thing, since the people were fairly professional and upbeat. They were so friendly, it actually made me uncomfortable. They had too much eye contact and smiles. Friendly service is always good though. The food tasted like what I thought. Hot, with some steam coming out and low quality.
