I love supporting local businesses so when I googled florists in Salem, this place totally fit that bill. I don’t live in Salem so I did everything from their website. They delivered quickly, called me after they delivered, and today I got a thank you card in the mail. I love good customer service, however the flowers they delivered looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. Yes it was beautiful and the recipient was gracious but there was a lot of green showing, when what I ordered was supposed to be mostly flowers. I realize that it isn’t really flower season but I guess I was just hoping for something a little more robust. I will probably use them again but I will try in the spring or summer to see what they can really do.

Former florist here. My sweet husband sent me flowers using this florist. I would have never sent out what I what I received to a customer. The water clearly wasn’t changed in between the creation of the arrangement and it being sent out. Additionally, the rose heads were very small and the designer neglected to remove the damaged petals prior to delivery. This is Oregon — city of roses. Up your rose game. I have no idea what he paid to know if what I received was a good value, but I will say that regardless, the work is sloppy.

Every year form my moms birthday i set myself a reminder to send her a card. At the very least. and every year i procrastinate so badly that a $ 3.00 card turns into $ 75.00 flowers. Not this year my friend! This year instead of spending $$$$$ on FDT flowers i went straight to the source. I googled Aunt Tilly’s Flower Barn and the ratings are much better on google that they are on Unilocal i must say. Anywho, there convenient and easy online ordering made it a breeze. I got a beautiful flower arrangement sent to my mom for her birthday on the same day i ordered it. She was delighted. The best part… It was half the price i usually spend for the same happiness. They even mailed me a copy of my receipt and sent me a thank you card. I will definitely be using them again next time!

If you are looking for quality boquets you won’t get them here. Ordered a beautiful boquet and it arrived to my partner plain and dull. Did not include all flowers described and covered up with excess ferns.

I’m in Alaska with family in Salem. Not only were the flowers beautiful each time, but they’ve been delivered quickly. Customer Service is outstanding — I’ve gotten hand written thank you notes sent to me. Definitely a good business to support.

I decided to use an online flower shop to send flowers to my mom for mother’s day this year and this place was highly recommended by a family member. The arrangements looked beautiful online and I even upgraded to their 2nd option, a bit priceier but I was willing to spend a little extra. The flowers were delivered on the day I requested at a reasonable time, however, they didn’t include roses as was advertised in their online description! AND to top it off, the arrangement was tiny. When I called to explain that they had forgotten to include roses, they quickly said they would rectify the issue and sent someone out to pick up the flowers,(a bit embarrasing) and they’d fix it and deliver that same day. Well, they did all that, the arrangement was still tiny, they even threw in a box of chocolates for mom for the inconvenience. The flowers were pretty much wilted in 3 days. I saw a HUGE fixed arranagement at my local Safeway for way less than what I spent on these… So disappointed with my experience here. It has hindered my ever wanting to use not only their services but any other online flower site!!!
