Been coming here for years. Almost always good sometimes amazing. Today was one of the amazing times. I asked for chorizo & eggs to be added to the chili relleno burrito. My god, this burrito is huge and amazeballs. I need a sixth star today.

Great food, happy, friendly and upbeat staff, not to mention great food! It’s a small old building with an awful parking lot… You know like all the greatest places! I didn’t realize they also have a drive through.

Carnitas burritos were awesome, cooked just right and huge, could not finish mine. Prompt courteous staff, super friendly. Probably will become a regular stop on our frequent WA to SoCal road trips. Interior was shabby but I like my hole in the wall Mexican places like that.

I would say that the first time I went there my meal(a chicken, rice, veggie bowl) was very good and for that reason I give it 2 stars. Also the staff was very nice and a polite, a good attitude is a plus. Today my friend and I ordered the same meals as previously ordered and received a tray I would classify in the greasy spoon division. My friend asked for«light potatoes» and received an all potato burrito sprinkled with cheese and scarce egg and bacon. My meal this time was 90% rice with chicken that had been deep fried with burnt pieces of tortillas and chips left over from previously fried food. When I go somewhere and ask about how something is prepared and ask for it to have less potatoes or am told it is «not fried» I am irritated to say the least about them wasting not only my money, but my time as well.

Aiberto’s has quite possibly the tastiest carnita burrito that I have ever eaten in my life. All their other dishes are excellent as well. Their prices are great, considering the high quality of their food and the large portions that they give you.

Pretty good on our first visit. Tried the carne asada torta and carne asada chips. Would recommend both items, better taste and price than Muchas Gracias. Bag was missing our salsa though.

Always got to have a go-to taco spot. This is it for me in Salem. Canitas, Adobada and Spicy Pollo were all tasty. The marinated carrots were great while waiting for food. The tamale(beef) was just ok but that’s life. I’ll be back for sure.

I expected a lot more. .place seems to be for high school kids that don’t care about quality food. .compared to the Milwaukie location this place is a joke. ordered my usual 5 rolled tacos and man was I disappointed. I don’t even know what that green liquid was. I decided to add a taco but evidently the girl added a burrito. .no biggie. .I like burritos. .had to throw the entire burrito away after one bite. place was filthy. every table was dirty. Tried to clean my table myself and I couldn’t even find a napkin. .i was looking for a killer Mexican place but this is not it. don’t even waste your time. .might as well go to taco bell..

What was that?! I know it’s cheap food, but the veggie breakfast burrito was a mix of greasy bits and pieces. French fries? The quacamole and chips is a pile of chips, shredded Jack and some quac smeared on the chips.

I heard they had Carne Asada Fries and had to come try it out. Drove all the way out from Beaverton. Awesome, to know their open till 5am! I asked for the C. A Fries w/out Guacamole but they mistakenly put some on it. So, I had to ask for them to re-make it. The lady at the register was super nice about it because it was their mistake but the guy that made the food. He didn’t look so happy! But he did re-make it. The lady said if they took back my fries they’d throw it away so she asked if I’d like to keep it. Since, I don’t eat Guacamole. I gave it to the guy who was behind me waiting on his order. I don’t like food wasted! After received my correctly done C. A Fries. Mmmm It was soooo good! i’ll definitely be coming back here again for another order. I also ordered Carne Asada Sopes but sadly they’re super tiny and nothing special. Great pricing also!

It’s open 24 hours, it’s cheap, it’s pretty quick, it’s all on styrofoam and plastic. What do you expect for all that? Not this! This place KILLS. The chile Rellenos and rice bowl are great. The seafood burrito was decent, the taco shells just what you want. The staff is polite, upbeat and seem very happy to be there making food. This restaurant makes most any other Mexican restaurant look like an idiot.

Probably the best cheap taco shop in Salem. The hipster in line behind me asked if they made their own tortillas. NOPE! Sorry, hipster trash, this is just good, cheap food made quickly. Working people eat here, not slumming beardos from Portland.

Breakfast burritos are BOMB!!! Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had!!! Great variety of salsa from mild to hot. Great flavors both in green and red salsa!!! I got the bacon and potato burrito, and added sausage, my boyfriend had the potato and ham… We also tried each other’s burritos and both were filling and amazing!!!

This place gives you a lot of okay food for a very low price… and just so you’re not surprised, just because they have a drive through doesn’t mean you aren’t going to be waiting a while for your order… would I eat it again? If I was drinking in the area, definitely. Driving down from Portland, nah…

This place is great. It’s authentico and very affordable. The interior is set up like a fast food restaurant but that’s part of the charm. A+

So we wanted to check out 5 guys burgers but it was over 6.00 for a burger and that’s without the drink. So I said lets go to our favorite Mexican place and we did and it was just as good as it was two years ago. And it was just under 8.00 for two ppl with sm drinks. I can’t wait to try the breakfast burritos tomorrow. Yum yum.

I am writing a new review after my last visit to Aiberto’s. I don’t remember the last time I was so disgusted by a restaurant’s dining area. There must have been 50 flies buzzing around the dining room, and for good reason. There was food all over the tables, on the chairs and on the floor. One of the trash cans was overflowing. There were a total of 2 customers in addition to my wife and I. Maybe there was a big rush recently or whatever, but that’s no excuse for these filthy conditions. So, back to the flies… if there are 50 flies in the dining area, how many are there in the kitchen, landing on our food or even making their way INTO our food? Hard telling, but I’m not going back to find out. I love Aiberto’s tacos but now I don’t really trust what I might be getting and how sanitary they might be. Sadly, the people going through the drive-thru are blissfully unaware of the inside conditions. I can only hope that the kitchen is totally different than the dining area, but sadly, it is all basically a big open room. I have watched the Aiberto’s dining room go from rundown(yet clean) to falling apart and disgusting. I’ve been in there before when a couple of flies are buzzing around and that’s to be expected. But this was way over the top and the place was disgusting. Additionally, the«furniture» is literally falling apart.

I love this place. A lot. Like, I go there way too often a lot. Like, when I go I usually buy two burritos because I know I’ll want the other one later, and hey, they’re only 4 bucks each. They have great food! I went around the menu a bit but now I almost always get my favorite: the chicken fajita burrito. It does sometimes take a while to get your food, whether or not you go inside or in the drive through. 70% of the time it’s fewer than 5 minutes, but sometimes it’s like 15 minutes, either waiting in the lobby or in the drive-through.
