Advantage Heating and Air Conditioning is a great business. Honest, friendly, and helpful! The gentlemen that I spoke with regarding a furnace was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with it. I felt like I was asking a hundred, really dumb questions, but he assured me that he understood me, and was very patient. Every staff member that I have spoken with at Advantage Heating and Air Conditioning has been helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

When we bought our house last year, the seller hired Advantage Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC to perform a service on the furnace. The price was very good at $ 99.95, and they «took amp draws on motor and pump — inspected wiring — cleaned blower compartment — replaced air filter — checked coil — all working,» Not bad for the money.
However: they apparently didn’t have the correct size of filter available, so they took two small filters and taped them together in a Z shape. If you visualize this, there is a significant gap between where the two filters overlap, thus negating the filter. So lots of unfiltered air went past the filter and made the fan, motor, and heat exchanges all dirty, in fact dirtier than they were before the service was performed. Face palm.
