I can honestly say the only bad thing about this motel is the abandoned gas station which blocks it’s view of the street and that is obviously not their fault. . It’s my favorite kind of motel with outside doors. These older properties tend to be a bit run down. NOT this one. Fresh paint, flowers, manicured landscaping reflect pride of ownership. No dirt, dust or trash to be seen anywhere. Lobby is bright and clean and check was fast efficient and friendly. The room can’t be described as clean, it was polished. Mirrors, windows, bathroom, everything spotless. The staff deserves a five just for the way they fold the towels. Folded neatly with a cuff and an accordion folded wash cloth inserted in the pocket. Much like you would find in a five star high end hotel. Breakfast was very good and a nice bonus for a motel in this price range. This is the most perfectly cared for motel I have stayed at in years and it’s pet friendly too. Really a pleasant surprise at this price range after a long day on the interstate. Exit 183. Look for it. You’ll be pleased. I guarantee it.

Affordable price. A decent hotel with fridge and microwave. High speed Internet flat screen TV with hdmi ports available. Hair dryer and good selection of power plugs. For the price it’s a win win.

The owner is totally awesome. Very accommodating and extremely nice. Breakfast is adequate, internet is fast, and location is good being near the highways and near FT L-W. I would’ve given a 5 if breakfast had bacon or something.

Rooms were clean and it had several nice amenities, like a microwave in the apartment and special heater for the bathroom. The same guy greeted me in the lobby at 11pm when I rolled up and got a room without a reservation and at 8am when I checked out. He was polite both times. Continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but they did have waffles. I would stay here again.
